As a newbie the entire ordering process is very easy. The artist edits at no charge is a tremendous bonus. Their communication is stellar and speed of delivery rivals the best. There was an error with an order and the caught it before delivery and sent a replacement that arrived the same day. Why would I consider any other source? And Kiyanna was great

The last couple of times that I have ordered dtf prints the quality was not consistent. The color of my last dtf prints were quite muted compared to the same prints I had ordered previously. The customer needed the order, so I just had to discount it. I also experienced delayed shipping due to a printer error or something at Jiffy and I never received tracking information. I've always had a pleasant experience when ordering from Jiffy, but I think it's time to look for another more reliable supplier.

Simple to transfer my image to Jiffy to have press on decals created. Quick shipment. Very satisfied ordered a second set, product turned out so well.

You can customize your products at a fraction of the cost. I have ordered HTV designs multiple times and they have arrived quickly and always great quality. The reflective product did not work out for me but that could have been my failure to apply them properly. I have ordered shirts and they come in promptly and always great quality.

Product was great quality & price was great. But I've gotten tons of emails that I can't unsubscribe from ever since my order, with free transfer offers.

The only time i've used JIffy DTF is when I'm doing family shirts since I get free shipping on large quantities. I would do so many more projects with Jiffy and DTF if I wasn't nickle and dimed for every dtf. If I buy 4 transfers for $13.40 but have to spend $11.95 for shipping, it's a real deterrent.

Due to my own error, my auto address sent my shipment to the wrong address. Jiffy sent my order out right away to the correct address!

Very easy to order, stickers were exactly as expected and arrived the next day. Would have liked a less expensive shipping method, was not in a big hurry to receive my order.

I had an issue with one of my transfers and they were quick to respond and replace and make things right. I always appreciate how quick and timely things are!

We ordered t-Shirts to make staff shirts and absolutely love the fit and color. They also worked great for putting our design on ourselves.

Jiffy's product is great, I didn't have any problems at all printing with them. They are fast, and easy to work with. I will be ordering again.

Quality product not acceptable, I been a customer for couple years but lately im receiving defected merchandise not as good material not happy

All the shirt orders I make are delivered in boxes that are opened and smashed. Not just one but all of them. Better shipping please.

Products came off centered. I got the item resent and corrected. I was told it was an error on your side and that it wouldn't happen again. Then ordered a larger order. They ALL came in off centered. Customer service was extremely rude, claiming it was my fault somehow, and only sent a refund for one item - not the entire order.

Ship times are a little longer than usually but still a lot faster than expected.

After using Jiffy for DTF transfers that were very good. I placed a sample order before I was going to place a larger order for my club. The sample Shirts had puckering within the transfer and agreed that they send a replacement. The replacement arrived with the same problem and I reported that problem back to an email that had asked if the replacement shipment was good. I had no response back and I ended up using the chat on the website to report the problem also and ask for a phone call. It said I would have a phone call within 48 hours that did not happen and I left another chat message and again no response with a phone call. I've lost confidence that my replacements would be better without understanding the reason as to the problem I'm very disappointed in this company as I had expected better.

Long story short, I placed an order an what was supposed to take 3 days ended up taking 3 weeks and even with that period of time I never received my package. It was very obvious that it was not jiffy's fault and if anything the jiffy team tried to make sure I got my package. However the UPS team dropped the ball numerous times and in their terms had issues with getting my package to my door. Jiffy was accommodating to issuing my refund and I have vowed to return as a customer.

I've placed a lot of orders with Jiffy over the past year, and they're my favorite place to order from. Quick turn arounds and very low minimums make it easy. My business uses transfers often (screen printing shop), and Jiffy has great quality in printing. The transfers go on easy, and peel well. The only time I've been disappointed is on the VERY RARE occasion that there is an issue with the order, which has only been 2/84 orders. In those instances the issues weren't resolved, and I had to re-place the order with another business.

I have been ordering from Jiffy Shirts for many years, and they are so far the best company.
Orders are fast and always on time and if there are any issues they address them immediately.
Their prints are of the best quality and durability. They help me make my clients happy every single time.

Every time I order from Jiffy they exceed my expectations! My transfers look wonderful and, even though I didn't order shirts this time, I've been happy with their shirts in the past!
