jiffy

This was my first time trying DTF designs. I usually print sublimation designs myself but I wanted to see how well the DTF designs pressed on to dark colors. Jiffy made it simple to set up my order and I was amazed how quickly I received my prints. They will definitely be getting more of my business.

My Jiffy orders always come quickly and accurately. I like that the website tells what the inventory of each item and their sizes. The descriptions give enough information to order what I need. Priciing is very competitive.

Such a great customer experience! FedEx destroyed my package during delivery. Jiffy replaced my order immediately as it was a rush order on my end. The "chat" option isn't that great, but I emailed the team and they DELIVERED! A Million Thank you's to the Jiffy team! You guys kick *ss!

I have to say that I have been shopping with Jiffy Shirts for over a year now and there is nothing but Love. I Love the Shirts, the shipping is fast which I like since I run a business. Thanks for all you do to keep your customers satisfied.

Ordering is super easy and getting my order is always quick. I wish they would focus a little more on the printing. I always seem to have a thing white line around my prints, I think the printers need to be slightly adjusted.

I purchased the plain cotton T-shirts to see how the quality was. I received the order in two shipments and the first part I received pretty quick. The T-shirts are of pretty good quality and the colors are vibrant. They are comfortable and soft, I will keep them in mind for later projects if I decide to have them printed the next time I order.

I use to love ordering from Jiffy because of the fast turnaround however not so much now. They have been messing up a lot of my recent orders and than when they offer to replace it it doesn't arrive in a timing fashion. I contacted them again letting them know the shipment still hadn't arrived and I have yet to hear anything back.

I had stickers made and neglected to enter my first order promotion code. Upon contacting the customer service team, I was issued a credit for the promo code amount. The stickers arrived promptly, looked fantastic and the customer service representative was excellent

I made a mistake when changing my address and did not edit the city or zip code to match my current shipping address. When I reached out to UPS they said they couldn't do anything. I reached out to Jiffy next and sent in a contact request. They immediately responded and sent replacements for the products I purchased. PLUS a $10 refund for MY mistake. They went above and beyond. This is why I continue to use Jiffy for all my creative apparel needs. Thank you, Jiffy!

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience: I received my order with missing items, damaged item, and the ones that arrived were unbelievably crumpled. I contacted the customer service: they sent a wrong replacement. Finally, they said the item missing was out of stock and they would process a refund, which I'm still waiting to see reflected on my credit card. Back to back mistakes and a lot of wait which is causing negative impact on my end.

I still haven't received my correct order yet.I thought this was a scam company. Because I never was able to speak to anyone. ONLY TEXT.yes they refunded my money.but my school has been. Waiting for the shirts. This since January 10th. Crazy part I order some shirts and transfers yesterday. The shirts came in but not the transfers. I'm so afraid this is going to be a problem..

Although I received my order in an incredibly fast turn around; the coloring was considerably washed out. The graphic became white rather than gold in color when it was printed on to the tee. After closer inspection, the quality was not the greatest. Disappointed when I had realized the shirts were non returnable and that I had been stuck with shirts that ultimately couldn't be used nor corrected by having them replaced.

Affordable and comfortable. This shirt is super soft and I will be buying another one in a different color. The hat I purchased didn't fit right. Jiffy refunded the money and didn't ask me to return it. I'm going to donate it. Great customer service.

It took a little while to figure out that once you upload your artwork that you can pick different colors of shirts without having to keep uploading each time that you picked a different color.

The 1st time I ordered the DTF I didn't make the instructions clear and I didn't get the correct product. The customer service representative walked me through how to reorder and gave me product credit. Plus my item was to me within 24 hours of ordering. We will 100% use Jiffy again.

I love jiffy because they offer a wide variety of clothing apparel from tie dye clothing to sweatpants the hats you name it they got it! I am also excited that they offer dtf and UV dtf transfers. The shipping is amazing it always arrives a day or too early.

I've had a great experience with Jiffy! I use them for several of my businesses and I rarely have an issue and the very few times that I did the customer service went above and beyond to help quickly resolve the issue. I highly recommend Jiffy for their DTF sheets and stickers. They really do ship them them in Jiffy!

I have ordered these shirts from Jiffy before, however, after washing, and then hang drying, the backs of each shirt had little piling or bead like texture on the lower backs. I am not sure why this batch has done this.

Our school participated in a celebration. We ordered the shirts a few days before not realizing how
much time was needed for our order to be processed and delivered. Our shirts were delivered in a timely fashion.

Individual DTF transfers and additional Gang sheet came out well. Colors were good. I was able to apply 4 transfers to T-shirts with little difficulty. Shipping was super fast. I received DTF transfers within 2 days. T he Jiffy transparent feature had some difficulty when the background was white. It also turned white within the image to transparent. I changed the background to light blue and then the Jiffy background to transparent only changed the background and the white within the image was left alone.
