Jump video review

With practice I was able to get mouth opening aligned with my pics. However, I would've liked to snip the last two seconds of video since it really had nothing to do with Easter. The jump JibJab video was perfect for my celebratory occasion but could've done without the Happy Easter ending. My family loved the video!

My account was charged for a yearly renew when i thought it had been cancelled. After reaching out to jibjab customer service i was contacted within minutes, and only a few short minutes after that the refund was back in my paypal and the membership cancelled! Thank you for the prompt and complete job from your customer service team!

Bad website experience

Every time I uploaded a picture and went on to the next step it would take me back to the home page. I tried with different browsers and I still kept getting problems such as not even being able to log in.

Mis-leading as hell

I was charged $19.99 when i was only to be charged $1.99. The site clearly made it clear that $1.99 would be on a monthly withdraw not all at one time. I had a unexpected bill to pay that was coming out of my account and the $19.99 you took out already made my payment bounce. So I just want to thanks you folks for putting me in a hell of a jamb now. Your website is mis-leading and needs to be more clear. Yes it says $1.99 a month not all 12 months at once

Customer Service

After receiving notice of a withdrawal for annual dues, which I was not notified of, I wrote Customer Service and asked for a refund. One, the email related to this account is no longer in service and Two, I only used the site last year, at the holidays. Since the email I used for this account is no longer in service, I could not log into my account and change the settings. I was delighted when I received an email only 2 days later notifying me of a complete refund! Thank you, JibJab!

Problems with importing address book
December 19, 2016

We love the card we sent! Problems were in sending. We use GMail and are computer literate. We wanted to import a subset of our Gmail Contacts (those with a keyword "Xmas") but there was no way to do this. So we ended up going through 1,000 Contacts in Jib Jab to select names. (We couldn't get the Name Sorts to match our Gmail list- or vice versa which made the selection process slower) We had to re-do the building of the list many times. It was so touchy - It would throw us out of the function, thus losing our work. We figured out that hitting "Next" would Save the list, thus did that, then had to re-enter the Send program to select more names from JibJab's list. We finally gave up and exported our entire Contact list to Excel, then extracted our "Xmas" subset from that, then pasted 50 names at a time. There was no notice of the 50 name limit, thus we had to do 4 Sends of our Holiday Card. It should be easier.

Fun Fun Fun

Needs more vids but the content is fairly diverse and can keep anyone entertained.
Please allow us to edit the heads after previewing the videos.
All in all I loved it and so did my family who watched and starred in my vids.

It's fun but could be easier to edit

It's great entertainment but I don't like that you can't delete faces once you've created them. They stay on the line of options and you can't edit them or delete them so you then don't know which is the right one to use.

Lots of potential

We enjoy the entertaining nature of your product and the originality many of them demonstrate. As a paying member, I had hoped to see higher resolution, modern video formats for the download, and the ability to download these videos without a second charge.

No one told me...

Having been a member for some time I was upset when I tried for several days to send a card. All I kept receiving was "Join now". Since I thought I was a member with an automatic renewal I could not understand. I sent a message as to what was happening and some excuse of "we can't renew". AT NO time did you ever try to contact me of this problem...

Christmas card

As we are moving house we didn't have time for writing cards so we sent a Jib Jab card instead. We have just discovered that less than half reached their destination. We are first time users of the site and are very disappointed

Excellent Company to due Business with

Ordered subscription in May, 2016 specifically to send a Jib Jab to my Mother for Mother's Day and never used it again. A matter of fact, I had forgotten that I even had joined. My account was debited the auto renewal amount so I went to *******@jibjab.com and sent a detailed email. In the meantime, there was a link that said 10 Frequently asked... so I clicked there and there were very easy to follow instructions to remove the auto renew from my account as well as request a refund; so I filled these "short" items out as well. By the time I had gotten done with that, I had an email that thanked me for using Jib Jab and that my auto renew was disabled and my refund would be back in my account in 3-5 days. WOW... that is A+++++ Customer Service and a clear sign this is an up and up company!

Laughed 'Til We Cried... Awesome Site!

Our family made a JibJab music video and sent it to our son overseas for his birthday. He LOVED it! He said it was so funny to see us "all dressed up" and doing funny things. We enjoyed making it, too. 5 stars

Change Email Used to Send E-Cards

Several people who were sent Jib-Jab cards did not open them, because they thought they were spam, even though it said a card from me was being sent. Would prefer that you emails say they were sent by me, if that is possible.

Over all I like this card solution

It is easy to use once you get the hang of setting the jaw line properly. I do not recall being able to see who doesn't open the cards.
I wish there were more to choose from.
I do like the selection though.

I spent over an hour fooling around with Adobe Flash in order to send a "personalized" video. The Adobe Flash that JibJab led me to said it was an out dated version and I was never able to complete the card. I missed my friend's birthday!
