Funny videos and very useful. But forcing me to sign up for a year just to be able to download all videos is not cool. Just let me buy them at the price they're at, don't force people to sign up. As it is, I can't recommend it, despite your great software

The choice is superb as well as the easy process to create. Apparently they have been played over and over again to show the locals and other travellers. Thank you!
I paid for the desktop app to realize i could not easily share e-cards on my mobile. The App worked great so I contacted JibJab to get a refund which cleared on my account 2 days later. Very happy customer, I was expecting a much longer process.
In 2009 I had a different experience in that you could trace round the heads rather than fit them into a slot. Since everyone's face shape is different they looked better that way as this time you couldn't avoid getting part of the background around the neck area and I found this disappointing
I paid for a year's subscription to JibJab and decided to cancel. I can honestly say this is the first time an online company got back to me and resolved everything before I had a chance to respond. Everything was handled within hours. It really confirmed the company puts their clients first.
Love to JibJab friends and family. It always gets a fun & surprised reaction.
Only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that heads cannot be edited once you save. You have to start all over. But overall fun to do and fun to receive.
In taking a look at your site I inadvertently signed myself up for a year's membership which I didn't want and the end result of my trying to make a card with you didn't work. It was so unclear and under-hand that this was what I was doing! The small print is far too small.
I asked for a refund and was told on 29th August that this has happened but it has not gone into my bank account.
Need to add options for kids as well. Seldom we can send birthday videos to children because nothing is suitable for them.
Moreover, we want to see more new videos.( I always seem to send the same ones.)
I have been a JibJab member for 4-5 years.
I've used JibJab for several years and have never had a problem until recently. When I try to drag and drop a head into a card, a head from a previous page is selected for some reason. I've logged out and logged back in, but the problem persists. I'm using Firefox, so that might be the issue, but it shouldn't be. Ok, I just checked and it's working now, so i'm moving my rating from 2 to 5 stars!
I have enjoyed making personalized videos for all occasions and sending them to my family and friends for several years. I also enjoy receiving them. Usually when I send one the recipient would also start using Jibjab. It's so easy to use and fun for holidays too!
I was feeling sad & thought that I had to do something to cheer myself up when I saw JibJab advertised on Facebook. It was so easy to put the video together. I laughed so much. Absolutely brilliant! Now whenever I feel sad I watch the videos and I'm instantly happy again!
Cropping head shots is pretty easy, but if you make an error with the placement of the head shot or the mouth widget you can't backup--you get to start over. I had to start over several times. Still the movie cards are a hoot. Worth the trouble if you have extra time.
Too often, the person answering the phone is not a quick thinker on their feet and your issue must be elevated to their Supervisor. My experience was one of support from a critical thinker and problem solver who was proactive to Sol e my issue! Thank you!
I don't like the nasty and crude characters. I got this for my grandkids. I can't let them select a scene without them being exposed to bad things. Then to make things worse, their photos are planted on the bad stuff.
Perhaps it would be better to also have a kid friendly version.
I never usually take the time for a review, but I just had one of the best customer service experiences with JibJab. Their team was on it... and followed through above and beyond what they had to. Their model should be THE template for outstanding customer service.

My family and I loved sending funny e-cards from this site in the past. I haven't used it in awhile, but I recently had a charge I did not recognize. I emailed customer service and they patiently traced the charge back to one of my grandsons and credited my account.
None of my emails arrived. Disappointing. Some of the facebook views did not work either... I don't like paying money and not receiving the product which was promised. Can I know cancel my subscription now.
While I am very pleased with the vids, the delivery system is unsatisfactory... and I will tell you why. These is a paid account... I have paid for the service... and yet Jib Jab still uses MY paid account to promote their service to the extreme. When I create a vid, the person I send it to should be able to click it and watch it... Facebook, email, wherever... NOT wait while being sent to the JibJab website where 3/4 of the page is occupied with selling more Jib Jab. Product quality is wonderful, but the delivery method lacks in care for the client.
Would rather just pay for each video download, than have to pay a yearly subscription fee. Comedy needs revamping for more countries around the globe.
Also, the ability to edit skin tones would be fantastic.
The site is a good idea --- however it is now officially fired! Completely incompetent execution of concept. I paid for my jibjab birthday card to download and now I get a message that since I paid with paypal I am not in their system. I have been calling for the past hour and no answer at technical support to have them send me a url link.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
