I enjoy your service very mumore it made me laugh when I saw the full video yet I was wondering that in the future are you going to have more than 4 characters in the video that will be good help in the future videos.
After paying the subscription I tried several times to select and fill in a card and all I could get was that I needed to update my flash player, I did this twice but still could not get by this panel. I gave up in the end and requested a full refund.
Always laugh when I use Jib Jab. Was yet again 2 year of using site that my membership stopped before the expiration of membership. This is the 2nd time it has happen. Not an over-site or mistake. I will think twice before I use this again for a 3rd time.
We love using Jibjab to send birthday messages, congratulation messages, etc. We have been using Jibjab for the past 3 or 4 years and we have noticed there hasn't been many new Birthday video cards. We like using the video cards where we can use multiple faces so we've been recycling since we've pretty much used them all. We will continue to use Jibjab but hope to see some new selection this year. Thank you!
It was not made clear enough, and is utterly ridiculous that you cannot buy cards individually and have to commit to a year long membership. It is also nearly impossible to opt out of the membership as is my right as a consumer, the way that the membership is further auto renewed is disgusting.
The way this site works is perfect. It was super easy to find and preview options, to add photos, to mark the jawline, and the videos we made are hilarious.
I do wish there were more options that aren't as sexualized or stereotyped. Perhaps that is what is popular with your users, but we wanted some fun things for work colleagues and the options are very limited in that regard.
I wanted to sent a quality card to my wife for her birthday on the 5th and you accepted my money (30 day free trial?) but failed to send the card. I made contact the next day about this but you have failed to respond. I am NOT a happy person. I would now like to apologise for the previous complaint. The fault was mine...
Almost happy. Loved the video. Editing photo was easy as pie and almost as delicious. Sending easy and varied - liked being able to Facebook it as well as email.
Issue was glitches in adding more photos and having the entire project completed, waiting to send but then when instructed to log in/sign up... it vanished never to be found again. Had to rinse and repeat. Sucked.
It was fun, I loved the video I chose (James Brown "I Feel Good.") But I need practice with it yet. The mouth didn't turn out exactly in the right place. Oh well...
Mine was never posted but charged to my card. Please don't use my card anymore and no more emails. Very dissatisfied

Been a customer for a number of yrs but dropped off last year. When I returned last week I was told that a month only was available in addition to a year. When I chose to return no opportunity to get a month only trial option was apparent... only a year option was easy to get. When I chose the the year, I was disappointed to see very few new cards were available. I not use the site anymore and try to get credit for the balance remaining
I have had JibJab for many years and it never disappoints me there is always a card that suits the occasion
I tried to create a card using my phone. JibJab wanted me to download the app, and before I knew it I had signed up and was unable to get the card sent. Not sure of the status of my membership.
