I went on your site to send an e card. I was not aware andi was not made clear that I could not buy a single card but had to suscribe for a year which in fact to my regret as the cost for a subscription is far more than I spend on cards in one year. I think this should be made clear at the beginning of the process. Why not sell cards individually? I am very annoyed about this. You deserve no stars from me for this reason.
Sometimes it's the small things in life that give us the most pleasure. The amount of laughter generated that the cards I've created and sent out to people is beyond the monetary value. Really have enjoyed my membership even though it's only a week old.
Only negative to comment on - would be great if the year's subscription included the downloads. It seems a bit of a let down to find out you have to keep on paying if you want to save the cards. IF however, the cards stay on the system until I choose to delete them, then I suppose downloading is not important.
We tried to play it that morning and it kept stopping. Gave up until later in the day. Wish it had played correctly when I wanted it to.
I made a father's day card and wanted to buy it on its own or pay for a month - at the till I signed up and then found out a year's subscription of $18 came out immediately, I mailed customer services and it was refunded in 2 days which was very fair.
I checked his spam folder, everything, it is nowhere to be found. Can I have my 18.00 back?

I had a very hard time adding the greeting to my Facebook page. Finally got it later in the day. I do not have the jib jab app, but couldn't get over how difficult it was for me to get it to the FB page. Better luck at the next one!
It was so easy to make and send videos starring ourselves. It is great to see current music. One improvement would be to add more videos where you can set the mouths to move, rather than just inserting a head pic. Cheers.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
