I was paying $1.50 ended up paying $18. The cards are not original, they are not as animated as other things out there. You can't even type much of a message in your card - small character limit. Highly disappointed.
My subscription autorenewed, which I had not expected. Jibjab refunded my full fee very quickly when I asked them to. They were fast and kind. A big relief. Thank you.
I had an issue with getting my membership to operate. Heather patiently took the time and effort to get my membership recognized. All I had to do was follow the instructions she tapped out.
She is a professional in every way.
As a a returning subscriber, I see some changes - some good, some bad:
- like how quick and easy it is now to go from the "personalize" button to watching a personalized video - super quick and quite easy to add Heads & drop them in, but i suspect that's because...
- miss the ability to more-precisely edit the Heads I upload (especially around their jaw/chin area so I can cut out clothes/backgrounds).
- I think a subscriber should have downloads included free in the price - like we used to.
Net-net: I will probably cancel during my 30d trial period.
Enjoyed creating my first JibJab card. Very fun. Hope to do more soon.

Difficult to get signed up and to determine how to pay for the card
I've been a JibJab customer for well over ten years and have never, ever found an ecard site that can match it or surpass it. When it was time to renew my yearly membership I contacted Customer Service via their Live Chat feature and was connected with Taylar. Taylar was friendly from the start and understood my questions regarding renewing my membership. If it were up to me, JibJab would be a world-wide example for excellent products and excellent customer service - and other companies would be wise to learn from JibJab. I'm telling you - I'm a customer for life because of the quality of their products and way they treat their customers.
I love jib jabs, but the website is clunky. For example, I was not able to see the resulting video on the site. I resorted to downloading it (for an extra fee!). The paranoid in me says it was designed to make you have to pay extra
Quando paguei pensei que poderia fazer baixar os videos no pc, mas descobri que para baixar tenho que pagar novamente. Não acho certo, se já paguei tenho que poder baixar sem pagar mais nada.Por isso não estou satisfeita aqui no Brasil funciona diferente.

My only wish is there were more video's available.
I wanted to be able to download the videos to keep forever. I Know I can download them if I want to pay $1.99 per every little video. I feel this to much to ask from a member.
I was looking for a quality e-card for a friend, the only really cute, quality cards were found on Jibjab.
Creating a new e-card or video e-card is straight forward and well done. The only problem is there are not enough new video/animated e-cards and you don't want to send friends & family the same card as before. Jib jab therefore needs to work on upping fresh content!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
