When I went onto the site to do my jib jab video, the pricing for the video said $1.50 to make my own. I made the video and was very content with what I had, but was a little surprised to see they had charged me $18.00 for a years subscription. I did not see that disclosed when I made my video.

JibJab has been a good source of entertainment for myself and my family for years now. The movie spoofs are ok, I hope they are making more videos and less pictures... The dances are funny and I like the holiday videos as well.
However, I do not like the app in the slightest. I find it hard to navigate and bothersome. The website is much better.
I get a membership. Then I charged more to download a video. This is ridiculous.
I create a video on the mobile "app" and then want to share it with folks at a later time? Well, the user experience for that is non-existent. In fact, your mobile app experience is a joke. You are a content creation company, and yet you make it nearly impossible to share content created by your users.
You'll be a flash in the pan sooner than you think. You need to fix your business and customer engagement model immediately.
