I was anticipating difficulties when cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund. But in fact I had NO difficulties with cancelling my subscription and Mt refund went back I to my PayPal account within hours. Well done jibjab media

I have a Jib Jab account. My Dad did too but he died so I had to cancel his account. I called Jib Jab and Jeremiah was great. It was easy and no problems. Thank you SO much Jib Jab for your excellent customer service. At least this was easy.
The card was great but I had a hard time positioning the mouth.
Although fun to do I find the fact that the app and online profiles you set up don't actually sync with each other, so you have to keep uploading new faces to make them match, although easy to do this can become arduous! The final result is good, I just wish that the songs were full length! Overall good.

I thought I was pauing only 1.50 for 1 ecard but there was a whole year membership deducted from my acc. I contact them and they have cancel my payment.
4/5 because webside is build that way that you really think you're paying only 1.5 not $18
Sent a e card to a friend for their birthday. Once I got the hang of it, It was easy to add more faces. It arrived on time and I was also notified that it was sent. They loved it! Can't wait to send another one!
I joined with a fully paid subscription late in 2015. On many occasions I have attempted to sign in to utilise my subscription. But most often had major issues... I have sent emails to have this sort. I receive answers to advise my subscription is fine... still having issues sadly after these replies from your office.
As I enjoy using this facility for a friends handicapped daughter to get some daily pleasure I have had to pay another subscription yet again just recently to be able to send my friends daughter her puppy in a video... it frustrates me that I have had to yet again pay! Just to get past the ridiculous message that I need to subscribe even though I had already paid! It is not the money so much as the frustration that about every second time I log on and do a video it tell me to subscribe...
I'm always amazed at the talented staff who perform the dances in the cards. JibJab has a great selection and, if you're looking for laughs, you can usually find something perfect! I love this service.
Not enough variety for females, mess over 29 yrs otherwise I love the humor

Really not JibJab's fault, but two folks I tried to send to could not received as they have a filter system that would not allow.
