I purchased a membership and still was charged $1.99 for the two videos I produced. The site was difficult (for me) to navigate.

So easy to use and so fun to make with family and friends! We even included our pets since they are family too!

It's fun to send them to friends. People I've sent them to really think they're cute
Very inexpensive to join for a year.

The first day I signed up I made 3 videos. Everyone liked them. Jib Jab is easy and fun to use and even more fun to share.

My husband and I enjoyed the clever settings and our friends loved to receive our dancing cards. Easy to set and most entertaining.

Family and friends loved the funny unconventional Greetings. It was easy to do and the children in the video loved being on "show".

I need to view more songs selections. I did not see many, but hopefully will find more as I visit the site more.

I bought a $1.50 membership at Christmas to make one video and then all of a sudden I had a charge of $18

I had a problem with their auto-renewal, and I needed a refund. They were on it right away and resolved the problem quickly!

Good. It was fun to make and more fun to see the expressions on the faces of family and friends when they saw it for the first time.

Trying to figure out how to use is too hard and not worth the money. Need better instructions on how to use upfront

I was suppose to pay 1.99... was charged 18.99 and my video never posted... horrible! Was not happy and would never use again

After the 1st couple, the $18 annual charge is too much for the service. Really a 100 character minimum? Again, too much :)

I just love the options for birthday cards! Great product and everyone just loves the jib jab cards that I send to them!

They have some great products but need to develop some new ones - the ones on the site have been around for a while.
