Creative, Fun, and Easy!

Refunded my Unwanted Autorenewal

I contacted jibjab because my account was charged when it autorenewed my yearly subscription. Jibjab responded to my request within a day and gave me a full refund. Very happy with the service!

Great Customer Service

I was on autorenewal without knowing (2 years in a row!) and after a simple email, CS refunded me my money (based on their terms, terms vary) and gave great, fast customer service!

Love it,,,,, I would like to see more funny videos showing more cartoons than real humans, for example like the Tequila clip... one more thing, I didn't appreciate the words" Christmas Carol " to be replaced by " the FART carol " I find it offensive, Thanks & good luck

I accidentally signed up for the premium membership. When I realized I was being charged $18 I contacted JibJab. They immediately responded and within two days, as they promised, it was taken care of and I still have my $18 and a free non-premium JibJab membership. I am VERY IMPRESSED.

Terrible I thought I was paying for one card £1.60 when I looked in my PayPal account they had taken out £14 I think you're better off sticking with Moon pig

Why do I have to subscribe!

There are some great e-cards and videos on the site. The only disappointment is that I have to subscribe for a year.
An option to buy a one off greeting would be a great addition to the options
