JibJab is creative, fun and very easy to do. With little effort, and little ability on my part, I was able to create a great ecard that my friends are still laughing about.
I did have abit of a problem as I don't "play about" with my computer, heck I can't text well. I am getting it though. We senior citizens are getting our groove back.
I contacted jibjab because my account was charged when it autorenewed my yearly subscription. Jibjab responded to my request within a day and gave me a full refund. Very happy with the service!
I was on autorenewal without knowing (2 years in a row!) and after a simple email, CS refunded me my money (based on their terms, terms vary) and gave great, fast customer service!
Great response time issue was resolved in one day, subscription renewed automatically, contacted customer service, there was a refund in my account the next day

I accidentally signed up for the premium membership. When I realized I was being charged $18 I contacted JibJab. They immediately responded and within two days, as they promised, it was taken care of and I still have my $18 and a free non-premium JibJab membership. I am VERY IMPRESSED.
Terrible I thought I was paying for one card £1.60 when I looked in my PayPal account they had taken out £14 I think you're better off sticking with Moon pig
It's very difficult to match up pictures and make them come out right. I have not been able to get one the way I want it. Maybe after I get the first one done it will be easier.
I assume my subscription will renew at some point and I will resent you for it. I spent a minute or two trying to figure out how to prevent this, but it was late and I gave up.
It was pretty easy to set up account. At first I had problems putting in the faces but once I figured it out it was a breeze. I know I'll be doing more of these in the future.
I like to make these videos with my friends' photos. I wish you could send them by text message, as some of them don't use email. I have to copy and paste the link to a text message.
I love the site, it's super fun and creative, yet there was a disconnect between the app for the phone and the on line experience that made the joining up less then perfect, and a little too pricey!
It took me three attempts to get the faces in. Then, at checkout, I am pretty sure I checked to pay for just the one card, but I paid $18 for a year... just not what I expected!
Great way to send personalised greetings, have been a member since 2010 or so and my friends and family are so used to getting a Jibjab that if I forget to send one - they ask for one! LOL!
There are some great e-cards and videos on the site. The only disappointment is that I have to subscribe for a year.
An option to buy a one off greeting would be a great addition to the options
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
