I like making the JibJab e-cards for friends and family for special occasions. My only suggestion is to make the mouth part easier to edit as some of mine look like mustaches instead of an open mouth. Thanks!

This is a fun outlet for sharing laughter with family and friends. While the process is pretty simple there is no "back button" in the process to make a change and therefore you have to start over to make a change.

Still love it and have recommended jib jab to others.

Wanted to buy a single card but instead was charge for a reoccurring yearly subscription. I was initially very annoyed however once I contacted costumer service they were very helpful and responsive in issuing a refund!

These guys are amazing, fast and take the time to go the extra mile to fix a billing issue. I was on the auto renewal and they managed to issue a refund although their site says no refunds. Thanks jobjab team

I have been a loyal JIBJAB customer but recently upgraded my membership. I couldn't be happier and sorry I didn't do it sooner. I recently sent several cards to my family which they shared with friends... and they are still laughing.

This is a great service! Can't beat it for the small membership charge. The response and the laughs you get by far cover the costs. The only thing I would hope for is being able to edit the loaded head shots without having to remove and re-upload the picture.

My friend was abroad for his birthday so an e-card was the perfect way to say happy birthday. He had recently had a gallbladder operation so the birthday wishes from the JibJab gallbladder was perfect.
My friend laughed and so did we.

I never realized that my Jib Jab account was auto renew. When I closed my credit account I had a new payment due. I contacted Jib Jab Help and they took care of the problem. Even though I should have realized what had happened! Thank You Jib Jab!

I loved the one which was sent to me and I thought there would be more like it (there weren't). I wanted to send Valentine's to my daughters but none were appropriate. Not enough of a range of choices or option to create/influence a card. However, there are lots of fun choices which i will continue to use.

Really funny, my sister loved it! Birthday surprise. Only one issue, the first frame of the video showed a different face than the one I created. It appeared that way only on my mobile phone, not on emails from the computer. Really strange. It also didn't start with the normalJibjab circular intro.

Other than that, It was a big hit.

The recipients of my ecards loved them. It was very easy to create them. My only challenge was I wanted to create multiple cards and download them, but I couldn't figure out how to create a card, and then go back and create more before going through the payment process for downloading. This may not be possible but it would have made things easier rather than paying for downloading each one at a time.

I had difficulty with two areas. One- getting the mouth to align... though I love the ability to preview. Two uploading photos did not seem to give me much choice where to select from like Google photos. I was able to take a photo of a photo with the webcam... so I made that work. The recipient loved it. Overall, I am satisfied with the ability to easily create video greetings for my grandchildren using their photos. However, I wish that I could edit existing photos without having to play with them on my computer files and then re-upload them.

I had money taken for renewal that I knew nothing about. When I found out, I got in touch with JibJab. They were very helpfull specially Robert who sorted everything out, cancelled everything, and refunded my payment. Thank you Robert and JibJab. It was a fun experience until I tried to send it! Site said it had posted to Facebook when in fact it had not. Floating around in cyberspace, I guess. I tried again and again Checked everything I could. Still would not work. Gave up and requested a refund.

I have tried so many times, my account continually asks me to Upgrade, even tho I have already paid for an account. I have tried everything that the emails you have sent me have told me to do. Please refund my money!

I have used JibJab for a few years and found it great fun. I had my renewal on auto payment taken after deciding to cancel this year (as the kids are all grown up;-( I contacted JibJab customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Thanks Taylar and Alessandra for making this so pain free:-)
