This company is not only unique, but it's customer service rocks. I requested a cancellation of my subscription and got an immediate response in an hour, no problem. What company does that? Not many.

I asked for a refund of my next automatic subscription payment after it had been taken out of my account. Almost immediately, it was refunded. I was so amazed at the quick, effortless response to my request. Great service!

I signed up hoping for a fun and easy way to send personalized greetings, but the whole experience has been nothing but frustration. The website is confusing to navigate, and most of the good options are locked behind a pricey subscription that wasn't made clear upfront. Customer support was no help at all — slow responses and no real solutions. It feels like they just want your money without delivering the service promised. Definitely not worth it.

People don't use Jibjab, they just charged me on my old card from 2018 when I haven't even used Jibjab since 2018. I've just had to report them for fraud. Scam artists.

I thought I was signing up for a month because the ad said 3$ a month and it charged me for a year. Deceptive advertising is not good business practice.

I got what I wanted to do so the app was no longer needed.

I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.

I signed up with JibJab a few years ago. The
Site and cards was a lot of fun. Things change and I stopped using JibJab a couple years ago and forgot that it was on auto renew. Discovered this yesterday and went to contact them this morning. They already had provisions to request a refund online. Within hours I received a email informing me that the refund had been processed and per my request the account was cancelled.
Outstanding customer service. Excellent product.
