When I looked at my JibJab account, the card appeared to have been sent, but it was never received. My customer service contact there had notified JibJab that there was an issue, but they never fixed it. Terrible service!
Incidentally, Sitejabber wants me to show my receipt to verify my purchase. Part of my problem is that JibJab never sent me a receipt.

They actually sent me "alternatives" which included dancing pieces of bread with p'nut butter and jelly, dancing jars and dancing lollipops, reducing my marital romantic relationship to inanimate asexual objects. I could not tell if I was being mocked, or they were clueless to their actions.
I have tried to cancel JibJab several times over the years. It is easy to use in designing a birthday card but very difficult to cancer the service.

So often you hear horror stories of people who decided that they no longer wish to continue a service - and it's like an ugly breakup. This makes it incredibly difficult to leave the relationship in a positive way. JibJab was exactly the opposite. The service was outstanding. Same day in fact! They treated me (the customer) with respect and professionalism. It makes it so much easier to say positive things about them and the service they provide. Great Job!

This company is crooked and will charge you for just looking at their site.
I looked and Christmas cards and was instantly charged 35$.
I now fighting to get it back.
Do not use this corrupt service
It has been a while since I used JibJab, and I missed it. But when I tried to access my account, I couldn't remember my password. JibJab customer support replied to my email request for help within minutes and then within minutes later, I had access. Thank you, JibJab!
I had misunderstood the 6 months payment. I quickly explained what had happened. In less than 2 hours, Joe had helped me with no hassle at all. He had refunded my money back to me.
It's been a long time since I have experienced such a positive and fast transaction with a company, like the one I experienced yesterday with JibJab customer service. Their help department was grrrreat!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
