I sent a Hanukah card using my picture and hubby's and 3 great grandchildrens faces--it was great fun.
However it went into their junk mail when they retrieved it, all they saw was the message but not the animations.

Last week work had JibJabs with our head shots on numerous dance and music videos - I laughed often and every day. So decided to create similar fun for family and friends - so far I've got 4 thanks with LOL and 1 not so happy recipient (but think that one was just out of sort - he'll laugh some day).
The problem I ran into was that there seemed to be a way to send the video to my friends timeline by hitting the share button, holding down the people icon, touching share, the touching Facebook then share to friends timeline. Unfortunately it would only send the words I wrote but not the video. I finally figured out that I if I didn't hit the Facebook or share button but your the three dots on top right corner I could hit share and then add to friends timeline and it worked. This took over an hour and many many trials until I came up with this solution.
Overall JibJab is fun to play around with and my children and grandchildren can entertain themselves for hours, but I found that I wasn't using as much as I used to do in the beginning so that's the only reason why I decided to end my yearly membership. Again it's a great laugh for holidays and birthdays!
I saw a charge on my PayPal account that I didn't recognize. I logged in on the JibJab website and said that I hadn't used the account in several years and was unaware of the automatic renewal and asked fr a refund. Within minutes after acknowledging my request, I received the refund email and it showed on my PayPal account today. This response is exemplary of what excellent customer service should be.
I have used your PAID service for many years and loved it. Removing the edit function for existing heads really screwed up my experience BIG TIME! I imagine many others feel the same.
Put it back PLEASE! Or next year I quit.
Easy to use & results were extremely pleasing! Loved being able to create something very personal - eCards were sent to family at home & abroad - & were loved by all! Looking forward to using the site at every opportunity. Excellent!
My card was never delivered. And it was diffcualt to align the mouth. They advertised a1.99 price., Yet I was charged 18.99 for a month of service. Not what I was told. I went back in to cancel my services and was still charged for the whole month!
I've loved sending Jib-Jab cards to my friends and family for years. This year, my budget won't allow my membership, and I forgot that JibJab would autorenew my membership. SInce my budget wouldn't cover that, I immediately wrote to their customer service which immediately credited their charge. I am so impressed and grateful, because they have helped me immensely. Kudos to JibJab, and once my budget allows, I'll again join so I can use their silly and hysterically funny cards which my friends and family always enjoy too. Five Stars is too few... they're Ten in my book.
JibJab responded to my problem in one day. I had a subscription I couldn't afford this year, and they stopped the subscription and credited my account. I will use them in the future. JibJab is so much fun, I will be using them again.
I purchased JibJab to send some fun Easter cards to my children and grandchildren. I only wish that there were a few more cards that were appropriate for children to be protrayed in. The cards I chose were well received by all!
I was going back & forth with customer service as it was telling me when I became a member that all I had to do was pay $18 & then when I went to put an order in, I had to pay additional $1.99 when that should have been told when I placed the order but didn't! Then, all I asked was a question about a refund & customer service went ahead & cancelled my order & I told him to reread the note that I sent & then he reversed the charges till the 30 days are up if I dedecide to cancel the order! Thanks!
I canceled my membership, they gave me 1 week free, I sent the same card I did before, and they charged me $18 again. I canceled again only to see 3 months later that they lied to me both times for my refunds! LIARS!
I received an e-mail from JibJab stating that they charged my Paypal account on an automatic payment I sent up some years ago. Thinking that I canceled the automatic payment, I then sent JibJab customer service an e-mail to correct their error. The site said I would hear back within 48 hours. I then double checked my JibJab account and as it turned out, I didn't cancel the auto payment so it was my error not theirs, and I resigned myself to the payment. But within a couple of hours after all this -not 48 hours- I got an e-mail from JibJab customer service saying they canceled my auto payment and refunded me the money- just like that! (JibJab!). Naturally I am a very satisfied customer- they did good and I appreciate it.
I was so happy when JIbJab offered to help me create Father's Day videos for my students. I am a Special Education Teacher, and I was worried because I couldn't have my students make handmade gifts. We have been virtual for the past 3 months. I sent the videos out to all of the Dads today, and they absolutely loved it!
I expected that u will be delivering right after it turns 12 at midnight so that I can give my darling a surprise, but it didn't happen, apart from that the e-card was really fabulous and it really made my guy go awwwwwwwww and taht was such a sweet thing to gift on valentines day, thank you jibja for the amazing gift!
I used JibJab to send a Mother's Day card. My mom never received the email, and I had to log-in to send it again. Once she did receive it, she had to configure Google Chrome to allow it to play Adobe Flash content.
It's 2017 -- sites need to move away from Flash.
After2 email attempts and a text, I finally copied the link and resent it to my friend over text. By then it was lost its " luster" as they tried 3 times to open the link and it was resent at a later time then I had originally planned.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
