Good app but needs some new videos to use.
My fiancee and I love sending each other videos but there are no new ones.
Site needs a major update.

I found it easier to use on my PC than my phone. It was fun and I watched it several times. Coming up with one hundred words is difficult.

I just love jibjab it's so much fun to put together and then gives the recipient a lot of laughs and enjoyment. A great way to send a greeting.

I inadvertently renewed an account and when I called Customer Service

I felt "happy" loll a house without a roof!

Very Pleased with overall performance and laugh content of videos. It would be nice if some of the videos were able to be higher resolution.

Love your cards, but you could use more variety. Otherwise, everything is great. But I don't like being told I HAVE to use 100 characters.

$18.00 is too expensive. I misread the pricing apparently. Won't use the site again. The final result was funny, but not worth the amount charged.

Easy to work with. Fun to send. Those who have received their email have enjoyed the cards. Need more "starring you" videos to choose from.

Would love to see "thinking of you" cards, and office/work themed cards that are funny and not negative "i hate my job" kind of messages.

This is a great site. It's a great way of adding some humor and happiness to someone's life. I would highly recommend subscribing to JibJab.

It was fun to see the task come together, but the most fun was sharing with FB friends who in turn made their own vids.

Quick and easy to use. A solution to a problem when you forget the card. There is room for more templates. Shall use it again

I paid to have my video downloaded then it flicked me back to the start to pay again and no video was saved. Not cool

Fun to do, fun to watch! There is a "but": bad quality of the downloaded file, even though it is separately paid for... Shame... :(

I applied for a refund under the 30 day satisfaction promise. Received a very polite email within 24 hours saying the refund was being processed.

I sent JibJab to fathers for Father's Day. They were elated. Thanks for adding a delightful surprise to honor the great dads in my life.

These cards are so easy to make and fun to watch! All the cards I have sent were appreciated by the people who received them!

I was charged an annual renewal that I did not realize I signed up for. They refunded my money without issue.

I didn't realize I was being charged a year for 18.00... I don't do jib jab that much. Too time consuming. Rather send a card!
