This is for children or just junk jewelry. If you say these are real then it's real junk. You can't see the ring or necklace without a magnifying glass. Can't read the engraving so sorry I wasted my time and money I'll definitely be returning them. Stones aren't cut the same paid extra for genuine diamonds on the side of the ring and there just bumps are diamonds even set there? I paid extra for engraving but can't even see it it's small but also barly engraved into the metal. I'm just very unimpressed with all of it. I'll spend more elsewhere for quality items. I recored myself writing this review and I'll post on BBB and sitejabber & Facebook and record any phone calls (this place is shady) till my money is returned. You will be sorry you used this site…

This is for children or just junk jewelry. If you say these are real then it's real junk. You can't see the ring or necklace without a magnifying glass. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT Two reviews. My necklace broke and I had to pay repair as out of warranty, they make you pay return postage also! When they repaired it came back shorter, I complained and they said this is what you ordered originally. I said that's impossible and proved by photos it was remarkably different. They had to make me a totally new one.
On buying another product a locket, the catch snapped and it couldn't be repaired. I had paid for photos to be inserted, this cost me extra, they then blamed myself for how I had inserted the photos. Sent back (paying postage) and now have a refund but it's been a nightmare. On asking to talk to a manager and complain all requests are ignored and complaints.
My original necklace has snapped again (poor quality) therefore I'm drawing a line and never using them again. They didn't even give me any compensation.
During all this my grandparents had both died and I bought the locket from the savings they gave me. I told them this but they ignored as-well. No compassion and arrogance.

I purchased earrings as a gift for my daughter, backed by a 90-day return guarantee. However, due to medical reasons, she couldn't wear them immediately. It wasn't until three months later that she tried them on, only to find one earring was broken and unfit for her ears. When I reached out to the company, they offered a credit, deducting costs due to the warranty period's expiration. Despite my agreeing to their terms and sending the earrings back, all communication from their end ceased. They've completely ignored my attempts to contact them.
What's particularly disturbing is their active suppression of negative reviews on their website, leaving only positive ones. This deceitful behavior led me to take action against the company for consumer fraud and deception. I've gathered the removed screenshots of my honest reviews on jewlr.com to support my case.
It's a disgraceful situation, and I don't recommend anyone to purchase from this company. As promised, I intend to share my complaint and claim across numerous websites to ensure others are aware. Dealing with scammers like this is something I won't hesitate to pursue legally.

I bought a Tungsten ring from them for my boyfriend and it cracked within 2 months. They sent me another one saying broken tungsten is a rare occurrence and they're durable. The new one broke again and cut my boyfriend's finger! They won't do anything about it since its past warranty - overall paid $100+ for quality that's $#*!ter and more expensive than Pandora, what a joke. GARBAGE quality, they probably purchase these from aliexpress and resell. DO NOT BUY!

I purchased a tungsten metal ring that broke within a week of light wearing. I emailed yet they said they couldn't replace or fix it. They offered 30% off if I wanted to purchase the same ring again, but I will not be shopping ever again with this company, and I hope you don't either. A discount doesn't fix my broken ring I spent $180 on. The 30% discount is only about $20. Thankfully they refunded me in full but I'll be purchasing a ring elsewhere.

I picked Jewlr because they could make the ring I wanted and deliver it in time for my wedding. Three days prior, the ring did not "pass quality control" and they pushed the delivery date out beyond the wedding. The only good thing is they allowed me to cancel and refund the order and express shipping.

Now I'm left without a ring with 3 days to go.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. This is by far the cheapest and worst product I have ever purchased. I purchased a necklace for my anniversary and it broke on the first time it was worn. Nobody should ever waste their money on a product this cheap, especially when it is expensive to purchase. Zero quality. Now, they are charging me to return it. I have no idea why I would ever purchase from them again.

I wrote a review on Jewlr.ca on February 4,2023 for the Janelle style ring entitled "Close Enough". Now 3 months later, after typical everyday wear, I have to change my review to 1 star. Not surprisingly, when I try to submit a negative review on the same website, it is removed within a few hours.
The Sterling Silver was only a coating; the ring is not solid silver. The coating has completely worn off! I had been thinking the ring was getting tarnished and did a thorough clean using a microfiber towel, water and baking soda. I want to add that there were no cleaning instructions included with the ring. Anyway, the ring remained dull after cleaning and when my husband and I looked at it closer, we realized that the ring was only silver plated and it's just dull metal underneath.

So my former 5 star review needs to be updated. This is NOT Close Enough and is in fact Not Acceptable. Unfortunately I'm disappointed with the quality, value and longevity of this piece.

The attached photos show the dramatic difference between the first week of having the ring and 3 months later.

I've asked for my money back and have submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order using paypal. No order review or address confirmation came up, it just processed the order. It ended up using my old address. I immediately contacted the company. After being on hold for several minutes the message said I would be called back but no one called me back. I followed the instructions on their website to make changes to my shipping address. I emailed them as per their instructions. I emailed again and again. I called again and again. Then I got an email saying my order shipped to my old address. Finally got an answer at customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. Really jewlr? This company is a scam I can only guess that their positive reviews are planted by them because there is no way anyone would give them a good review.

* Ordered a letter "N" necklace for a friends 40th birthday in July 2022 and was sent a child's necklace.
* When I inquired with Jewlr they denied it (this necklace would not of fitted any adult neck) and they advised the way to fix the issue was to pay more money for an extension + postage to send the necklace back.
* Begrudgingly paid for an extension and was sent back a necklace with the extension but the letter "A".
* They tried to get me to pay to send their necklace back (even though it was their mistake they sent a necklace with the wrong letter back) and after numerous unanswered emails (weeks and months going by) they finally sent a new necklace with extension to me with the correct letter (noting this is now August 2023 and my friends 41st birthday had now gone by)!
* There is little to no customer service, the quality of the jewellery is average and very thin and I would not recommend anyone buy from them.

They don't even deserve one star! Purchased the Celtic eternal love charm with birthstones for a friend who lost both parents to covid. Bought it as a keepsake for her with her parents birthstones. The picture on the website is NOTHING like what I got! It's awful. Looks like plastic. Aquamarine stone looks white. Worst quality. What a rip off! See the pictures below. They "shipped" the necklace I bought my wife. It didn't arrive on time, and Jewlr made an excuse and said it would be moving in 2 business days. I had to call FedEx three days later. It was delayed by FedEx because, as FedEx claimed, the package was empty. Jewlr said it wasn't and told me they'd launch a 10 business day investigation. Rude customer service. They simply made excuses and offered no solution. Never offered a shipping refund, or any concessions whatsoever. Only gave me a refund after I said I expected a refund in full in addition to my product. They gave me the refund but the product that they never shipped of course never arrived. They're a half step above a scam, and from reading other reviews I'm actually very grateful the product didn't arrive. It would likely have been of a quality reminiscent of a pre-school art project. The incompetence is staggering.

Purchased a ring for my husband less than 3 months ago in remembrance of his late twin brother. Ring has/had two amethyst gems. One fell out already last week. Since the company has a 1 yr repair policy, I placed the repair order and was SUPPOSED to receive a CALL letting me know who and how to send his ring in. Instead I received the following email "

Thank you for your email and we definitely want to help you get your ring repaired.
However, due to the busy holiday season and the large number of orders that we are working hard to fulfill, we cannot accept any repairs at this time.
Please get in touch with us after the holidays and we will be more than happy to talk to you about your repair.
If you like we can send you all the information you need to have your ring resized/repaired.
Please let us know how you wish to proceed.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."

I made a purchase of a silver necklace, I received it within 2 days. I received it at around 11 in the morning of June 1st and put it on instantly because I was excited, I had already showered and gotten ready for the day so the necklace never touched water, around 11:45 that same night I went to the washroom and as I was washing my hands I glimpsed that the necklace was discoloured in the mirror. On closer inspection when I removed the necklace, it was completely tarnished, the letters were literally turning black. The necklace was already a lot smaller and flimsier looking than what was advertised but I just let that slide, but to receive something of such terrible quality is insane. I don't know how they are ripping off people this bad

This company is a complete joke. They advertise these clean cut engraved beautiful pieces of jewelry. When I got my necklace, disappointed was an understatement. It was the sloppiest, ink printed (not even engraved) necklace I've ever gotten in my life. $300 down the drain. Then when I reached out to them they wouldnt send me a different one. This company needs to be shut down, they are just out here taking people's money like they're not doing anything wrong. I can't believe they're still in business to be honest!

Ordered the Personalized Name Necklace with rope chain and SO disapointed in the quality. Chain is so thin, clasp is weak. The name is so thin it bends. Waste of money :( Wanted to give this to my niece for her 18th birthday but cant as quality is so cheap. Very very disappointing

I ordered a bracelet for my god child's pictures, the only reason I went with this company I'd that they assured I'd have my item ON TIME. Payed extra for overnight shipping, was even lied to and told that if i used the instant gift option it would be made quicker LIES. They shipped the bracelet literally the day before they said it would be delivered sent me a tracking number and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT. My godchild ended up taking pictures without it. I'll never order here again

I got a monogrammed 14k gold disk. For over $300 I could have gotten better at Walmart. The bail is nonexistent and totally different than their photos. The chain would break just sneezing on it. I do not recommend this company.

My husband bought a necklace I had always wanted with my name on does not look like my name and chain would only fit a child. So thin was not cheap costing £180 do not buy from them save your money.

Had our rings made here. My partner's ring ring fell out. Having sent the ring back they said the ring was bent. How is that even possible. So I had my ring check at a jewellery shop and they found a flaw in the design. It's thin and the base making it weak and of poor quality. Further more the refund I got was not the full £204 but £50 less. Rip off company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Review by Anonymous User I bought some stud earring for about $200. They were smaller than I thought and I wanted t o return them. They charge a fifteen dollar restocking fee and slow to respond. I had to write to them and they finally relented on the restocking fee by email but when they refunded me they charged me the restocking fee. I sent 3 emails to no avail not great. I will not be buying from them anymore.

This guy's are literally scammers, I saw this bracelet with my name and hers and I decided to buy it. When the product came was tiny, thin and you need a lupe to see the letters. Wow! What a disappointing purchase. I don't recommend this store, all pictures are deceiving.

The first time I wrote a review Jewlr marked my honest review as spam. I never write reviews, bad reviews at that but I felt I had to, at least try to save many people from the same issue. My boyfriend bought me a ring from here. When the ring got here it was beautiful 3 days later the "genuine gems" turned black (they charged us extra for these stones because we didn't want the simulated stone). I requested a return they sent me the information to return the ring. They agreed the stones shouldn't have turned. I returned it and 2 months later they got back to me. They said they were going to refund me but they were going to charge me 25 precent processing to melt down the ring etc. so a ring that we paid $300 for we were only going to get back $190. I even asked to exchange the ring and they would only give me $190 credit towards another ring. Their return policy says if we are not happy they will gladly accept our returns for a full refund. The return policy is directly on their site. They refused to honor that even though it doesn't state anything about the processing fee. So now they still have the ring and we are out of $300. It really hurt my feelings to not be able to wear the ring my boyfriend bought me. What a terrible experience. We will never do business with this company again. Lesson learned.

This site looks super sketchy, one of those ads that randomly popped up on my boyfriends Instagram and he sent me a wedding band that he liked. I paid a pretty good amount for it... almost $450. I got it in the mail and was pretty disappointed, it looked like a cheap piece of jewelry I could've gotten at Walmart but the gold piece around the center looked like the rings you get from the little quarter machines as a kid. I got a necklace as a "free gift" and that looked pretty crappy too. I then contacted the website for a return form. The site said it would take 5-7 business days to get it to me... two weeks later I had not heard anything. I went to email their customer service and they sent an email saying they'd send me a form in 5-7 business days AGAIN. So I decided to call that day and got the form sent to my email immediately. I sent the ring back following the instructions and three days later I got an email saying my refund would be back in my account in 5-7 business days. I got the full refund 5 days later. Only good thing is the 99 day return policy.
