If it could be zero stars...
If it could be zero stars, it would be. Wanted a tea towel printed but ended up with a tiny version of the design in the middle of the towel. I definitely made the design fit the towel correctly using their online tool. Customer services were unapologetic. Absolutely awful. Steer clear.

I purchased a camera from jessops. The courier company lost it, not jessops fault I know but jessops customer service was absolutely diabolical. They promised to call me back, they didn't. They rarely responded to my emails. They took three weeks to refund my money and the whole experience was extremely stressful. I would not recommend this company at all.

Jessops TELESCOPES are over the MOON, really aMARSing (sorry poetic licence!).

I purchased an astronomical telescope along with a 10mm erecting eyepiece (honest that's as technical as it gets) from Jessops about a week ago. I had checked around and they had one of the best prices on the web, plus an extra 10% off scopes, and free delivery. I placed the order late afternoon and was delighted to receive the delivery of the products before 10am the following day. Wow! How's that for service. The items were really well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

So, great products, great prices, great service, great delivery, what more could you want. Well, I want a clear starry night to look through it. I also want... ok, ok I can read your thoughts.

Sony Alpha 7 IV SCAM

Well I don't even know where to start... I bought Sony Alpha 7 IV online from Jessops using Klarna services. I made upfront payment of £950, rest of the money I supposed to pay over a course of next year. They send the parcel through DPD, everything tracked etc. I received a parcel on time but inside the camera box i found 2 bags of flour like powder. First thing I did I contacted Klarna to suspend remaining payments, Klarna agents suggested that I should contact Jessops straight away and try to resolve it so I did, I explained my matter and uploaded multiple photos as a proof. Their response was totally disregarding, essentially they ignored me saying I should call the police. I did called the Police and they said that it shouldn't be my responsibility and shop from which item was sent should report theft to Police. On top of that I just feel that cause of my wording of my emails as english is not my first language and exotic sounding surname made them profile me as a scammer and my matter was ignored. I cannot even explain how stressed I am for past week, barely sleeping...I work as a freelance and self employed. I got booked jobs for this month and I cannot proceed with work. So I lost money plus I cannot work this month. This is outrageous that matter regarding item for £2,400 is not treated seriously.
