Jerseyright

I placed an order for one jersey in July. I was given a confirmation showing the total my acct would e charged. After checking my bank statement I realized they charged my account more than what the confirmation showed and then they charged a seperate fee for international shipping. I never authorized the addional charges. I emailed them several times and have not recieved a reply. It is now September and I still have not received my jersey! This website is a scam! If you take the time to look at the website accurately you will see there are many mispelled words...

This website is horrible. The items they have advertised are not always available. I had to contact them for a status on my order and that is when I was told one was not available. I told them to refund and ship the remaining. I was told I would get a tracking number, it was not provided automatically. I had to request it and found out the items have already been shipped back because they could not deliver due to no one to sign for the package. I live in a condo building where we have staff that signs for packages, the address must be wrong but when I checked my original order it was correct. It also takes several days for anyone to respond to your emails and that is the only way to communicate with the seller.

I'm still waiting on my refund for the 1 jersey that wasn't available and now waiting to see what they plan on doing about my returned package.
Completely disapointed, do not ever purchase from them, its not worth it.

Stay away, they claim good "aftercare" this is a lie. I ordered from them on Dec 4th to have here by Christmas. On Dec 7th they sent me instructions on how to pay with paypal. After they billed my card $793 they e-mailed me and told me 6 were out of stock and they would send me $138 refund. They have never sent refund. When the jerseys arrived 1 of them was wrong, so I e-mailed. They asked me to send a picture front and back to show it was wrong and they would send out another. Never got the right jersey or my refund and now they have stopped answering my e-mails. They claim to have live chat support, but even when the sign is blinking that they are online, they never respond to chat window either. Paypal is also no help with this site. Stay away from jerseyright, it's obviously jerseywrong!

I put a 3 star because I am still in a trial period for this site. I ordered on 2/09/14 and it was processed on 2/10/2014. So far they only charged my account once for the proper amount. I will write again as the days go on with an update as to what happens next. I am hoping for the best. Ok so I just re-checked my bank statement and it showed they overcharged me $1.94. I wrote an e-mail lets see what they have to say. I will write again as soon as I get a response.

I admit I was skeptical but my brother and a few of his friends swore by the quality and cost. I received both of my jersey's today and the quality is fantastic as was the cost. I'll never buy another jersey from any place else. There were a couple of minor issues. It did take some time to get responses when I contacted them. Sizing chart didn't appear to be correct. (tried on my brothers to get an idea on sizing) Website payment shows they accept Visa, MC and Western Union when in fact they do not take MC. (just Visa and WU) Word of advice. If you pay with western union there is no worrying about anyone being able to overcharge your credit card. Western Union bills your credit card for what you authorize. Will definitely be doing business with jerseyright again.
