Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
Placed an order on 02/18 for an in stock item, billed my PayPal on the 26th received a email refunded due to discontinued. Still have not received my funds back. No one answers the customer service line been on hold over 30 min what a joke. Last time I do business with them. On weekends there is no customer service only operators to take your money. Highly disappointed

As stated in the title, long story short, I received a defected brake caliper, contacted them, got a return label right away.

I recommend buying parts or tools from them, I will definitely go back to them.

Ordered a part for our son, order was held up (fault FedEx), called and talked to Leighann she helped me find the part somewhere else and got it to us in time. Had to call again because the original part was lost by FedEx and it was still pending, Chlista was awesome and helped me. The long wait and headache inducing music and repeated loud "commercials" were annoying but these ladies made it worth it. Thank you
Ordered a plasma table delivered by fed ex ground box was thrashed missing many parts called jegs about missing parts and they fed ex express the missing parts over night Great customer service but every time you call you are on hold for over 30 minutes but I can over look that because the product was great and they take care of you when there is a problem I will buy from them again
Have ordered parts from here twice from Australia and no parts wrong or late. I got a defective part (damaged in transit) and they immediately promised to send replacement. I think that's great service and I'd use them again without doubt
Bought a new helmet for my kid for his racing. We paid the extra to have it on time and it actually got to us a day earlier than what they said. So they definitely are good at getting their order out the door fast. So I definitely will be ordering from them again and would recommend anybody else to use them because they definitely are a good company.
Multiple returns for the same parts, scam me out of return shipments, scam me out incorrect returns/parts... Just a mess... Do not order from this company or be ready for a nightmare

I have ordered a lot of stuff for my mustang, only two places I go is American Muscle and Jegs. The parts are always right and not they take care of it immediately.

American Muscle, Jegs, American Fiberglass are the three places I go to for parts. They are good on there prices, you get what you wanted and they take great care of there customers

Brad, and Paul are 5 Star salesmen, I received my ATK Remanufactured long Block in 8 days,, and all other shipments 3, & 5 days after placing and paying for order. My only problem is follow up was less than stellar lots of being on hold, trying to get actural ETA for scheduling. Motor will be getting installed next week. Just got to be thankful for that, for so many others do not have it in stock or is on months out backlog. Knowing 8 days from midwest to Oregon is not that long for LTL shipment to be delivered in the uproar that is facing this county today. For they will have this customer for life. There parts are of excellent quality, they ship fastly and their customer service is absolutely amazing! It's so nice to call and have a real person answer who speaks fluent English it's a rarity these days I have shopped through this company for a long time now and every time I'm happy with the results thanks jegs :)
Known of jegs for many years. Placed my 1st order on Monday. Full exhaust and new carb. After ordering peeked at some reviews and got nervous after seeing a pile of negative stuff. Almost backed out but thought heck with it. Wednesday received partial of parts. Today Thurs recieved the rest. Some of the packaging was in rough shape but parts are fine. Quick and easy thanks jegs...
Called JEGS and spoke with a Michael who went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. He made sure the part I needed was shipped out today and that I would get it in a day or two. Definitely recommend and I will for sure be ordering from them again.

JEGS is GREAT! The only people I go to, forget those other guys. They have cool knowledgeable techs, and if they do mess up and send me something that doesn't work the customer service dept is super helpful and willing to make it right.
