I placed 3 orders online and a more than a month into them taking my money, I have not received the orders. There have been countless emails sent, calls made and I have yet to receive a reply. I'm at the point where I might actually contact the authorities and report them. How can you run an international company and not put any emphasis on customer support. This is starting to arrive at the point of robbery when money is taken and you get nothing in return. It seems they are operating a charity and not a business.
I purchased white Nike haruches online and they sent me a fake pair of trainers. No air written on the back sole like online and they are cream not pure white like the picture and the sizing is off the are way too small for a size 5
I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, nearly a month later order still not processed. I tried phoning customer service but always busy. I tried live chat and was in queue for nearly 1.5 hrs, then as i was about to get live chat, the service was suddenly offline? Very poor company, dont get sucked in to purchase, its the worst ive dealt with. I dont usually write reviews but these guys deserve it!
I ordered a $135 Nike Jacket in medium. When the package arrived the packing slip was correct but the item in the bag was a $65 hoodie in XL. I returned the item per their website directions and email per tracking they received the item on December 8th but I never received a confirmation of my refund. Good luck calling, it appears they use an out of country 3rd party company that sucks. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.
Rude unprofessional Management, namely KEVASIA does not take the initiative to resolve customer issues, very arrogant and argumentative. Should NEVER be given a title as store manager. This made me very uncomfortable and I will no longer be shopping at any JD sport locations, This has been the worst shopping experience in my life, They will lie to you just to get a sale.Customers be aware. The $200 gift card I bought from JDSPORT also known as FINISHLINE was a present for my young niece to buy herself a winter coat for her birthday. It never worked. JDSPORT customer service checked that the amount was still in the card ($200) then suspended the card. Now they have not managed to give me a refund. A month later after dealing with tons of Customer Service people they can't figure anything out.
I'm out $200 and have reported JDSPORT to Better Business Bureau and my bank is pursuing JDSPORT for collection of my funds. Clearly this company is raking in money and doesn't care if they are selling GIFT CARD FRAUD. DO NOT BUY JDSPORTS GIFT CARD. PLEASE. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Ordered a pair of Nike joggers, they took $130 and never sent the order or responded to my repeated calls or emails. If you look at their Instagram it seems I'm not the only one who has been on the receiving end of their shady business practices. Spend the extra couple dollars and go to a reputable sports store this one is a rip off.

Ordered a jersey online, then waited to get the order at least sent, but it never did within the 5-7days as stated by JD Sports. Then went to customer service chat, 5 times, got booted out after hours of waiting. Then went to email support, never got an answer. Then called the phone number, no answer. I think I got scammed. Not even a message saying they are backlogged or anything.

Should be 0 star review! Money stolen. That's how big company getting richer! No responsibility for missing parcel whatsoever. The same reply. Terrible customer service. Rip off! Lost money. Hopefully my bank will be able to retrieve. This parcel apparently has 4x size 12 shoes boxes and cl hoodie, two thick XL trousers, I mean- this is a joke! Size 12 shoes are huge. How can you even stick to: it was packed, send and delivered. Disgusting. Thieves, and horrible people.newspaper already on it.
If I could would be 0. Lost £64 did not pack everything and they are not helping at all. Parcel size says everything- missing 2 boxes of size 12 adult shoes and they not accepting. Honestly stolen money. Second bad experience! Last year the hold on to my money and month later cancel order as they did not had a stock.
I purchased a pair of trainers online. Soon after I realised I had purchased the wrong size, I immediately called customer care to either change size or cancel order. I was told they can't see my order on their side must call at least after an hour when the system has updated. After one hour I was told that the item had already been dispatched. I then ordered the correct size in the hope I would return the wrong size when it arrives. Wrong size arrived 2 days later and I returned it on the 21st of Nov 22. I rang JD after 14 days and was told they still hadn't received the trainers, I told them this was non of my business as I had proof that I returned the item. I was then told to ring again if I don't receive refund in the next 3 days. On the 6th day I called them again and was told that the refund has just processed successfully and should be in my account in 3-5 business days.
This company does not want to refund at all I have friends who have complained about their unwillingness to refund.
I will buy anything from them again I do not even want an apology all I want is my money back. App deleted from all my devices.
Worst customer service by far.

What a sad website, they kept my money and didn't even honor the order, I had to wait 5 days for them to return the money to my card after I lost money on the bank transaction (fee 1.48%). I don't recommend buying from to ai because they don't honor the orders.

Beware. Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes on sale. I waited 2 weeks, only to realise that they have sent me the completely wrong shoes. (Of similar value). I checked the website and the shoes I bought had been taken down from the website. All I asked was to receive a different colour variation of the same shoe (so that I could still benefit from the sale price) which I thought was quite fair, as this was their mistake. 20 emails later, and some phone calls to managers. The only thing they offer is a refund. Their system conveniently doesn't allow to do ANYTHING but returns/refunds. Worst customer support I have ever delt with in my life.

A 45 minute wait to get to the register to pay for my item.
As they were looking for the item that should have already been behind the register. I found out that they brought the wrong size out. When I expressed my concerns the Manager Eva was disrespectful and downright condescending.
When I informed her that I would be filing a complaint with her corporate office her response was "OK".

Order a hoodie paid for express 2 day shipping then found out that the company policy is they have as much time as they want to process the order and ship. 2 day shipping is just for once it's shipped. Big waste of money should have ordered from another actual reputable site. Reach their policies before ordering

There is a processing time for once the order is placed the parcel will have to undergo a pick and pack process, which can take up to 1-3 business days. Once the parcel has been despatched it should then be delivered within 1-2 business days if the express option is chosen.

Yesterday I went In JDSports in Oshawa mall and bought a pair of Nike shoes, upon leaving the store I had dropped my receipt somewhere and couldn't find it, the next day I had went back to the store and asked for a receipt and asked if I could either return or exchange the shoes. Instead, mall security was called and we were escorted out and banned from JDSports, Oshawa mall Ontario. The head manager was very rude and unpolite towards us and the other employees were laughing as the situation escalated. On top of all this some employees were trying to help us but the head manager told them not to.
