Customer no care

I ordered J Adams sandals through ZooShoo. After wearing them a few times the entire bottom detached from the top and I had to tape the shoe to my foot so I could finish my shift at work. When I contacted ZooShoo they told me I was passed my 30 day return policy date so all they could offer me was a 50% refund. I just really needed a pair of shoes for work. Then I contacted J Adams because I figured they may take pride in their products and offer to send me a new pair if I sent them the broken pair. Nah. They told me the same things as ZooShoo. My sister felt bad for me and attempted to use E6000 glue to re-attached the sole to the platform. They fell apart again.: /

Cheap junk
November 16, 2019

The boots i ordered were were made with some type of cheap material that smelled like chemicals so badly I had to put it outside. It cost me twenty bucks almost to return these boots. I would not recommend ordering from his company ever!

Never got my purchase
September 27, 2017

Two months later and I have not received my boots I ordered. I was hesitant about purchasing from this website as there were no reviews online besides the one mentioned on this website. Their customer service number is just rings forever, I have tried calling from multiple numbers and nothing. I have received no emails or anything just the one saying they received my order. I advise everyone reading to avoid this website.

I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and let them deal with these scammers.

These shoes are so comfortable. I bought a pair of heels for a wedding and didn't know they sell other styles! The pair of heels were so comfortable, I tried their booties and boots. Here's a pair I just bought. It has a nice insole and not too bad on the price! Can't wait for spring time so I can look into their sandals!

I received one pair of the boots I ordered very quickly. It stated on the email that it was one of two on the order. I've emailed twice in the last month asking about the other pair which, of course, they received payment for. I am going to open a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointed.

New Ownership

I love my J. Adams shoes! They are comfortable and affordable and did I mention stylish! Before they were Zooshoo and the same owner try rebranding to J. Adams but now it's completely new ownership and a much better company! I will continue to buy my shoes from J. Adams!

We purchased a shoe and once we received it the color did my match the on site picture. It stated it was beige nude and what we received was a purple brownish color. Not nude at all. Requested a refund postage to ship back the shoes and they did everything they could not to send that to me. So we are out the cost. Donation level quality.

J Adams shoes has nice shoes at affordable prices however, I purchased off their webstore recently and I tried a thousand times to call them and email and no replies.

I finally get a reply, from them saying I purchased the item from Amazon (not true, but I have shipped their Amazon store)

Whatever you do, avoid shopping with them or their direct website, their official website is not monitored and zooshoo and j. Adams customer service is a joke.

THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Hopefully THEY WILL SEE THIS AND CONTACT ME
