I ordered J Adams sandals through ZooShoo. After wearing them a few times the entire bottom detached from the top and I had to tape the shoe to my foot so I could finish my shift at work. When I contacted ZooShoo they told me I was passed my 30 day return policy date so all they could offer me was a 50% refund. I just really needed a pair of shoes for work. Then I contacted J Adams because I figured they may take pride in their products and offer to send me a new pair if I sent them the broken pair. Nah. They told me the same things as ZooShoo. My sister felt bad for me and attempted to use E6000 glue to re-attached the sole to the platform. They fell apart again.: /
