Jackpot Candles

Product arrived in time. The scents smell great. However, 3 out of 6 candles didn't burn very well and I'm not sure that I'll be able to get the ring out.

I placed an order on November 11th and received an email on the 30th of November stating that my order was not shipped because they did not have my address. That isn't correct because I double checked you cannot carry on with an order unless you've entered your address. Not to mention I use my PayPal and my address is verified through it. I call and fix that and they said that I should receive it within 7 days I do not receive it in 7 days as a matter of fact on the 6th of December I then receive an email that says my item will be shipped once they print a label. I track my shipment through shop and it has not been shipped and it is now the 13th of December. This was a Christmas gift or it was supposed to be anyways and it's safe to say I'm not going to get an entire I'm sure. Please don't order for those company save yourself the headache in the money.

Got the candle today. Wooden wick candle wouldn't burn... so my bf cut out the ring. 15$ worth. Put it in wax burner. No smell. Wow. Not sure why they are so sought after. Never again

Everything looks amazing! My daughter and I have been wanting to try for a while now, placed order today for her as a Christmas gift! Hope she loves it! Can't wait til it gets here!

Once in a while, I get addicted again to these candles with hidden rings or jewelry. It is fun to see what you end up with, even though most of the time, it's something "meh". Jackpot candles advertises their strong scents. Either my nose doesn't work or the candles have a barely discernible scent. The rings I got were cheap, although one was rated at $35. Ha! 2 of the rings did not have the code that you can look up to see the price. These candles in full size are in the $25.00 range, bath bombs with jewelry $16, and small candle tins around $16.
I'm old enough to know better. If I saved the money i spent on these candles, I'd have enough money to buy a decent ring myself! I'm going to try to put a photo of the $35 appraised ring on this review. Judge for yourself.
The silvery things on the sides are just bumps of whatever metal used. The stone is pink. If you want it, let me know.
It's not that Jackpot items are bad, but they are just on par with the other jewelry in a candle companies.

I was really happy to see that Jackpot candles accepted After pay as an option but neither was the checking out part was easy and straight to the pot, didn't get lost or anything. Loved it.

I ordered a candle from their website. Sounded like a cute idea... but my god it turned into a headache. I got the expected delivery date for the product which was 12 days after my original order. Sucked but whatever. THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED. The tracking on their website says it was delivered: but I never got it. I reached out to customer service WHO WAS EXTREMELY SHORT, RUDE, AND WOULD NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. They insisted that it was delivered and that it was my fault. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I am out of $25 dollars with no product! STAY AWAY!

I plan to keep these on hand for thoughtful gifts for those times when something arises that slipped my mind. They are long lasting, pleasing fragrance with a gift at the conclusiion... always a hit!

I bought the Cinnabon, lilac, Santa baby, and Pinot noir. I was bummed out that the rings were all purple but they appraised them for $15, $35,$35, and $40.

I wanted to but unique and different type gifts that I mostly always buy, I saw jackpot candles and was like my Christmas gift can be a two is one a candle plus a little surprise. I made a big order to take care of all girls and ladies in my family on 12/14/2020 noted my order ship on 12/16/2020, the tracking number was emailed and the order is still waiting to be shipped and it's 12/30. I emailed and the response was tracking take 5-10 days to show up and a tracking number is automated assigned when the order comes through, which is trash, and the email is just an automated response because they didn't respond when I replied back it's been over 10 days and then I called, the guy seemed concerned and said he was going to send a message to warehouse, put me on hold came back and verified my info and said I should received a email noting my package has shipped, no email and package is still waiting to be picked up by UPS. I sent an email to cancel and to get a full refund, wouldn't you know I received the same email -Tracking take 5-10 business days to show. I am so bombed out by this, because I was so excited about the candles and plus I was on time. This company is so trash right now to me, and I'm receiving email everyday about discounts and hurry now to order-like you will get the package. Order at your own risk!

Love it so far! Anxiously awaiting my orders got them the other day and the fragrance is so amazing. Better smells than Yankee candles and I buy from them a lot!

Fast and easy ordering - Only downside is you can't smell the scents - which is understandable ordering on line. I am anxious to find the "prize" as the candle burns down.

Got my order BUT rings were wrong size. I ordered all size 9, got sent size 5 and size 6 in two candles. Does not fit anyone in family. I just gave up on calling, does not do any good.

Thank you for having a wide variety of choices! The jewelry is just a "bonus"! My Lady Friend really enjoys the scent, and crackle of the wooden wick!
