Jackpot Candles

I've never had a bad experience with them. All the candles smell amazing and the bath bombs are cute and also smell really good I'm hoping for new smells. Some of the wood wick candles have a hard time burning

I've bought from Jackpot candles before but only the travel tins. They smell great, good scent throw, nice fashion jewelry. But this last order they asked for a gratuity. Yeah, no, you don't get a tip for fulfilling a online order like hundreds of other companies do every day. You're not a tipping industry, stop it.

Quick and easy and love the candles! It's so much fun to burn them and watch the prize come into view. It's hard not to pluck it out as soon as enough wax has melted!

I got both my candles in a timely manner... but so didn't order in a peak holiday season. About a week, and they came today. I will come back and re-review about the rings. Until then... I am enjoying beautiful scents. And not hard to light if you have experience with wood wicks.

I have bought several candles from them! I love all the scents I have bought! They burn for a long time, and the jewelry inside is gorgeous! I keep coming back for more! The rings make perfect gifts for my daughters and myself! I have kept 2 rings so far! They don't break me out and they are a good fit since I got to put my size on there. Anyone that doesn't like them must be upset they spent 30 bucks and didn't get the 5000 ring and that is ridiculous!

I thought I would try a different candle company for the holiday season. Placed order, and that's where it kind of stopped. Placed it well in advance that I would or well Should receive it before Xmas. Well I was wrong. Going into 3 weeks ( now its Tuesday of xmas week) and nothing, stalemate. I reached out few times and I do believe they been heavy on the order side, what doesn't help snow storm hit NE as they ship from NY blanketed the region so now it's a even longer wait. I may give them another go around later on in the year and hope shipping goes quicker second time around.

Painfully long shipping/handling. Even in this time of slow deliveries, NO ONE takes this long. I ordered candles on Nov 29 and still don't have them. They say Dec 22 for arrival. Hope so. This seems like a fun gift, but this is really a reason I might not order again.

Bought the candle with a birthday gift card, just for kicks. Candle has no scent except if you are standing over it. Well the ring, I could have got in a gum ball machine for. 50 cents. They value card says its worth 30 bucks, but I guess you would pay that much in like an auction for it. I would buy this type of Candle for my 9yr niece but because of the fire hazard maybe not..

The bath bombs themselves are very lovely. However you open your package of surprise jewelry and are so stunned because each piece is so beautiful. However, even with special, care within a month each piece has turned my fingers green and the bands have turned a copper color.
I've bought "costume" jewerly before for even less money and have not encountered this. It's terribly disappointing.

Although the scents are relatively good the wood wicks are Trash. Once you blow it out you play hell trying to get it to stay lit once your relight it. I feel like I wasted half of the candles getting frustrated with the wicks and just throwing them out. As for the jewelry... well I guess you get what you pay for!
Would not recommend nor will I purchase anymore.

Absolutely gorgeous rings inside the candles. I bought two candles and a bath bomb and all three rings are incredibly beautiful! It's a little bit messy trying to remove the pouch from the melted wax but so worth it!

I've never ordered this type of candle so I'm curious about the rings. All these scents sound amazing.

**update **. After using one of the candles, there seems to be no actual scents to the candles. Even before lighting the wicks, there's barely any scent to the wax. The ring was fun to get to though. The ring itself seems quite cheap for $35 value. It seems more like something you would find in a $10 & under store. The whole point of this for me was to have the experience and enjoy it. I did enjoy the whole interaction, but I am somewhat disappointed in the candle itself, at least the one I have burned through so far.

Also, this review process doesn't cooperate very well. The process itself gets a 2 star rating.

Items received and packaged well. Nice variety of candles. I just had to order a little more than I wanted too to get free shipping but no big deal there, just hope we can get a valuable ring or necklace out of it.

Great product! I have purchased some "ring" candles before and they are high quality candles with awesome scents. They make such amazing and unique gifts because you get a wonderful scented candle and a beautiful surprise ring all in one. I am now purchasing some necklace candles for Christmas gifts this year.

These look like so much fun! Plus, I greatly appreciate the free shipping to Alaska! I have not used these gems as I bought the bath bombs and candles as Christmas presents. However and first and foremost, my gifts got here fast and well packaged, and it smells amazing! I just had to peek inside and the colors are so pretty! I am going to order for myself now.

My wife loves your bath bombs and candles we are now getting repeats and have never gotten the $5000 one and make me feel sad because I don't want her to continue getting repeats

I love jackpot candles. Every time I've ordered from them it's been a pleasant experience. I haven't had an order dissapoint me! They are a wonderful company that sends great coupon codes often and I'm very happy to have found this company!

I had an issue with a bath bomb and they resolved it the next day so on top of great quality products, they're customer service is top notch. They honestly care about their customers unlike most companies these days.

Awesome candles, great prices and fun jewelry pieces. The fragrances were clean, crisp and have natural aromas, as opposed to other brands where we found the aromas had more of a contrived chemical odor. If you keep the wicks trimmed, the candles will burn for right around 80 hours. Again, other brands that claimed a similar burn time did not live up to their claim.

My sister gave me one of these special candles for my birthday a few weeks ago and I loved the ring. It was my favorite color red stoned. I thought I'd return the favor by giving her, my other sisters, my mom and daughter one each for Mother's Day.
