They have poor customer service, never got back to me and it takes forever to receive an item. I do hope they have changed their ways, or they won't make it in this new e-commerce world.
Placed an order on December 11, fully not expecting to receive by the 25th. 25th passes and followed up on status 4 times since order with absolutely no response from anyone. No phone number provided. No mailing address provided. Only address I can find is for returns of items to someone's personal residence. Seems like they just take money and don't deliver.
