I tried to order a product online, but the website would not take a $50 coupon that they had sent to me to use on my next order. There was no expiration date, or anything that would explain why it would accept it. I had to call and place the order over the phone. I spoke very clearly and yet I received the wrong product. I have tried to call customer service four times to get this resolved. You are placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time and still they take a message and say someone will get back to you. Not True! They ask a lot of money for their products and give absolutely ZERO customer service. I'm going to have to go through my VISA company now and dispute the charge... what a hassle!
