Initial communication good but subsequent emails and conversations were quite misleading leaving us with concerns about the legitimacy of your organization. Your account login process also is confusing.
Had to pay 200 euro for changing my ticket plus a additional 270 euro because the same ticket was rsi in price.
6 hours (to late) made a big difference in euros..
