Taking the passport photo seemed problematic but eventually it seemed ok, despite a message with a red exclamation mark that made me think it had been unacceptable. The visa was thenissued promptly.

Many tries to get the upload to accept my passport image but it was continually refused. I had to travel into town to get a professional image taken which was no better than mine.

The service I received was as advertised - easy and timely. Constant requests for reviews or more applications can be annoying though.
