Very easy and simple. I liked the updates and added information, it helped a lot. If information couldn't be gotten I was let know right away and didn't have to spend any time trying to get answers, you let me know right away about any waiting periods and why.

The application process was very easy and straight forward except for the uploading of the photograph which I found a problem. Luckily there is assistance at hand and, in no time, the issue was resolved. I received my visa on time as promised.
The 09. April we made the Visa request for Madagaskar and now, after more then 20 days, still we dont have the visa or any information. Visa request number = *******

The instructions were clear and easy to follow, but no matter how many photos I tried, the system rejected my results... even though the results seemed fine to me (unsmiling headshot, plain white background, shadow-free lighting, etc). Eventually, it gave me the option to submit a photo and have it manually reviewed. That worked fine and was quite fast.
I elected to pay additional to have the eVisa issued sooner. The delivery process was delayed (which was outside of iVisas' control) but I appreciated the fact that I was regularly informed of the progress of the application and that iVisa was very easy to contact with any queries. Overall, although there was an unexpected delay in the delivery process, I was pleased with the service provided and the positive outcome (I received the eVisa just before I commenced travel). Thank You!

You charged a processing fee. You should not have done that. Per many other people I should have gone to the official UK website. The onus is on me as I should have checked better before using your "service."

For a novice techie this was a relatively simple operation. I needed visas for Canada and USA.
The first was relatively simple to complete, the second a bit more complicated and quite a bit more expensive. Suspect that has more to do with the destination than the iVisa site. I would have liked a paper copy but can find no way to print one.
