I ordered a pair of sweatpants and sweatshirt. The fabric feels like plastic (another reviewer called it sandpaper). When I attempted to get a return authorization, I got the runaround and was ultimately told that unless it's damaged, I can't return it. Stay away! They are horrible people, a horrible product, a horrible business.

On May 10th I ordered a dress from this "online boutique" that targets customers on Instagram. The package finally arrived on June 19th, shipped from China. As soon as I opened the package I understood that this is not a legitimate business. This business steals photos of fashions from legitimate websites, then manufactures the cheapest, most egregious knock-offs of those products. The statement on their website that they will accept return within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied is also a scam. Upon contacting them and requesting a return authorization they reply that they will only accept returns if there's a quality issue- which is up to them to determine.
Unfortunately, the quality (or lack thereof) IS the issue but they continue to pretend that they don't understand the problem. After a few email exchanges with "customer service", I had to accept that I had been scammed and would not see my money again. I tried to pursue this with Paypal but got a runaround there as well. I had hoped that Paypal would review and close down the account for this vendor as it lends them a legitimacy that they don't deserve. This company is literally set up just to steal money and they are getting away with it. I hope this review will prevent other buyers from throwing away their monehy.
