Awesome VPN. Has a working manual configuration to access Netflix USA. Polite, Friendly and Helpful staff with a quick response. All queries are answered, and the chat help is almost instantaneous. Get the sub! It's worth it. :D

I looked at several, actually more, VPN's before signing up with Ivacy. Already I am happy. I either made a mistake with my sign-in email address or my email was malfunctioning so I could't sign in. Theodore stayed with me for a very long period until the problem was resolved. A lot of patience and good advise. This is simply top notch service and easy to use VPN.

Theodore was most helpful in solving a technical issue I had with the connection, and in converting my monthly subscription to a 2-year subscription with minimal hassle.

After using their service for 2 years Vladimir made me an offer: $40 for a "Lifetime subscription". I cannot say that their servers work 100% all the time.
I am using pptp connections and when i find a very loaded server i simply connect to the next one and problem is solved.

For me they are the best vpn provider.
I highly recommend them.

Ivacy is the best vpn with the best customer care, they reply to you on customer chat almost instantly. Whenever you have any problem, just go to their site and start the chat, they are there every time to help you out! Its worth every cents for me.

I had an issue with Ivacy app, so I contacted the customer support chat. In few minutes the customer support representative (Melani Martinez) resolved my problem. I am very satisfied with the overall communication and super fast resolution!

Great company and the support staff. They genuinely try to help fix the issues and answer their tickets promptly. The software is robust, however i did run into some issues with was fixed through their support systems. Not a fan of their Beta client but classic is decent. Just added another two years on my nearly ending year subscription. Great value for money.

Very impressed that when you have an issue, someone is actually there to help. Have dealt with Melanie and Theodore and they're phenomenal. Amongst the top 5 best customer service experiences I've received anywhere.

VPN service is just as good. Consistently fast speeds and stable connections. Just waiting for kill switch feature to come to Mac OS now.

Much better throughput speed than the competing VPN solutions (which I used previously).
On the one rare occasion when there was a problem - support was quick and solved the problem.
Highly recommended solution due to reliability, technical features, performance and support.

I had an issue where I wasn't able to login to the servers. I contacted the support and he (Theodore) told me that my email was too long, that's why it didn't work.
He made within a few minutes a new account (name) for me and solved my problem. Servers are stable and fast so far. It's also pretty cheap.

The customer service helped me with some problems I had during the installation. The product works very fine.
Lifetime subscription costs practically nothing.
10/10 would rebuy, but it's a lifetime subscription so I'll never need anymore.

I've been using Ivacy for over a year now and highly recommend it to anyone.
It's the cheapest option I've found and the service is the same or better than any other VPN I've tried.
When stuck with a problem Theodore provided great help.
