Ordered a Galaxy S 20 Plus of their site May 17 and requested expedited shipping but one month later never got it! I called for my money back but they said they can't because it's "still in transit" and has to return to their warehouse 1st. Piece of $#*! thieves, never ordering off this site ever again! Stay far away if I were you!

Holly $#*!! I just got a reduce quote from these guys on an iphone12 - unused. Unused I said - impeccable. The original quote was $185. The just sent a reduced quote - $45. "Your device was found to have several light to moderate scratches on the screen and/or body...Due to this finding, we would not be able to purchase this as a functional phone but as a non functioning device for parts" A complete fabrication guys an ladies. Believe me. These guys are ripping people like me and potentially you - just like the other posts say - Do not do "business" with them!

The last three times I traded things in it was great. They gave me a fair price. Everything worked out. This time it was a different story, They started talking about low battery, Light scratches on the screen not even sure what that's all about. I won't be doing more trading with them.

They lowered my payment by claiming there were some scratches. Not true as I examined it before shipping, no scratches. Phone had been in an Otter case with screen cover since the day it was purchased. Still a good experience overall.

Very fast, efficient, reliable, and they even honored the original offer they gave me. Honoring the offer when you have the product in hand and can simply falsify an inspection to give less of a payout shows me the honesty and true hospitality of their employees. Great experience.

I bought an Iphone 11 locked by Sprint. This carrier has been taken over and their customer service is terrible. The customer service department was not available even after several attempts. I don't understand why they sell cell phones in these conditions. It's very difficult to resolve, you have to spend a lot of time on the phone and you end up having to return it. Be careful with your choice, no one is worried about what you will go through. Furthermore, ItsWorthMore does not offer a physical store, leaving you with no option.

My experience with ItsWorthMore was very good compared to others like them! Their offer was fair and stood true once they received the item. Other competitors only gave me 60% of what they promised for no good reason.

Terrible company! Lies and deception at every corner. Equipment sold is not as stated. Customer service is non existent. Tried to make a purchase and three different financial institutions declined flagged this company as fraudulent. Also, sent in a trade in with delivery receipt confirmation and this company hasn't paid for my device!

Received a cellphone that was said to be in excellent condition/ almost new. It had too many battery cycles with only 70% capacity (Checked at an Apple store with their actual diagnostic equipment) and the screen had been replaced with a cheap knock-off screen.

They do not honor their warranty and NEVER pick up their phones. Out of business soon to be sure!

Ok experience. Just seems that once they get the device in their possession the are always going to give a reason to lower the value from what was offered. And then you will see a phone matching the description marked up by hundreds of dollars. Especially Apple devices.

My first experience with this company was pretty good when I sold a ps5 system. However this time I sent a note 20 ultra that was in beautiful condition with all original accessories in original box & all. Offer at first was $197.00 and to my amazement it went down to $52.00 for a bunch of technical bs they fed me! Rejected and am waiting for them to return my phone so I can sell privately for a real amount of money! Done with this company!

ItsWorthMore is a great company and after using now two times I highly recommend them for their fairness, efficiency, reliability, ease of use and customer service. I rate them outstanding and will be using them again soon. In my experiences with selling 2 apple devises to them I have had nothing but positive encounters. Definitely 5 stars!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I sent my Apple iPhone 7+ with 32 GB of RAM to them. I sent the box and headphones. They sent me back a notice that there were "too many scratches" to keep the $200 offer (still below wholesale price for used 7+). There are two quarter inch scratches on the front of the phone. Those 2 cost the offer $75.

This is the classic bait and switch company. They hope you never ask for your product back so they can whittle you down and get a higher profit on the products. Work with local people, use Nextdoor or other local Facebook groups, don't send your items to these crooks.

I purchased an iPhone from this company's official Ebay store and it quit working after the 12 month warranty expired. When I took it to get repaired, the Apple store informed me that the phone I had been sold is a fake. When I contacted the company, they said that because it was outside of their warranty period, they will not help with the fake phone they sold me.
1 star is too many!
