I've used itsworthmore.com before and it was an easy, trustworthy process. The first time is always an uncertainty because so many scams exist out there but I've been through this already with them and have 100% confidence in their process.

Excellent service- only recommendation I would have is when you are able to select a check as an option for payment and this is mailed out. There was a way to track this. Other than that, this have been a very easy and very fast process.

Ordered a Galaxy S 20 Plus of their site May 17 and requested expedited shipping but one month later never got it! I called for my money back but they said they can't because it's "still in transit" and has to return to their warehouse 1st. Piece of $#*! thieves, never ordering off this site ever again! Stay far away if I were you!

The last three times I traded things in it was great. They gave me a fair price. Everything worked out. This time it was a different story, They started talking about low battery, Light scratches on the screen not even sure what that's all about. I won't be doing more trading with them.

They lowered my payment by claiming there were some scratches. Not true as I examined it before shipping, no scratches. Phone had been in an Otter case with screen cover since the day it was purchased. Still a good experience overall.

I filed my Apple Watch Series as in Good condition on the original filing. I had protected the screen with a screen saver since I'm always protective of all my electronics and was not able to notice any scratches. I was originally offered $80 since I returned it with all the accessories in the original box. After a few days I received a notice that an update showed it wouldn't qualify as Good to Flawless (which I never claimed it was Flawless) I'm sure that inspecting a watch face through a microscope would pick up some little minor scratches.Unfortunately since I had already purchased an updated Series 9 Apple watch, I reluctantly accepted their $55 offer. Honestly i feel they will be able to resell that watch at the original $80 or better. At the end I will not be using your services in the future.

I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro (almost $2,000) from them. A little over a year later, the screen died. Apple technicians confirmed it was not a software or external cosmetic issue. Almost certainly, it was an error in the refurbishing process. ItsWorthMore refused to offer any support and hid behind their 1 year warranty. Of course, this happened a few months past the 1 year mark. MacBook Pros should work significantly longer than 1-2 years. Avoid!

Think twice before sending in your phone for cash to It's Worth More com... My phone is valued a least $138.00. But just because of a minor blemish on the black glass, the only want to offer $38.00?. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I have requested my phone back. There are other places that will offer me more for my phone...

Seems like a bit of bait and switch as both phones submitted were downgraded upon arrival. Personally know the history and performed a qualified inspection my self prior, They make the downgraded price lower, but not worth the hassle to ship the phones back and start over. On a positive note the process works with ease, thr timing and communication is appropriate.

They took 2-3 days for an initial custom quote for items not on their site.
The process to accept and get a shipping label are slick and easy.
The delay once they receive is 3-5 business days, which is slow.
Overall process from requesting a quote, approving quote, shipping, analyzing and payment is around 2 weeks. I think they could improve this.

That said they have been fair on all sales.

I am a returning customer.
I'm always satisfied with the service. But this time around, when I got my returns back recently, the iPhone xr is missing. I'm sure it was an oversight, but please return the blue iphone xr.

Seamless and not terrifying... and that's important given how many ripoff artists there are online. I researched this company and once I committed, everything they did reassured me I had made the right decision. I wish all online retailers would be as professional. I got a "fair" price and they communicated with me throughout the process and followed up at each step. I highly recommend "ITSWORTHMORE."

Easy process done in less than five minutes. I would definitely sell my phone again with these guys.

As with the first time I sold them a computer, everything was done promptly, hassle free, no out of pocket shipping expenses and you have the option to expedite the process for $50 and get it shipped, and be paid within 3 days. Might not be the route you'd prefer to take, but should something come up and you really need the money ASAP, it's good to know you have options. As a matter of fact, PayPal tried to put a 30 day hold on the $900+ payment for the first computer I sold them but it wasn't anything to do with them. Paypal had their little flags ready just because it was the first deposit of it's size in that account since It isn't used very often. After a drawn out phone call with Paypal customer "service", I contacted the people at It'sWorthMore and explained what happened and within 20 minutes the money was released. All around they've just been good people in my book.

All facets of the sale went well. I sent in my phone and within seven days I received the agreed upon price via Zelle. This is my third transaction and I am pleased.

Fast and easy. Exceptional value on my items and more than anywhere else offered. Will use again.
