I purchased an iPhone from this company's official Ebay store and it quit working after the 12 month warranty expired. When I took it to get repaired, the Apple store informed me that the phone I had been sold is a fake. When I contacted the company, they said that because it was outside of their warranty period, they will not help with the fake phone they sold me.
1 star is too many!

Was not honest about the situation, they got the phones in their possession, and then decided to cut the price of the initial offer. By hundreds of dollars. Will not deal with them ever again and I suggest that no one else does!

Really easy and convenient so far we will see how the expedited processing and payment go before we give final judgement. Final judgement, It just as I was told it would be there were no surprises and the offer was adjusted to accommodate for my misinformation but that adjustment was fair and didn't hold up the process at all! If I ever need to sell this will always be my first option!

I took photos of my device before shipping it and it was in perfect condition and purchased the insurance that they offered as well. It's Worth More claimed that the phone was cracked and also claimed that it could not have possibly happened in transit. Even though I purchased their insurance, they would not file a claim for me on my behalf! I would never send this company anything. Now I have a phone that is damaged and not worth anything coming back to me.

But they deserve it. #1: I looked in a bunch of sites before selling my old electronics, and they were the best price by FAR. #2: Once they got my stuff, it took them less than 48 hours to give me a response on the original offer. #3: Not only did they confirm their offer, and helped me with some discrepancies in the information I had originally provided, but they went as far as raising it. #4: Once I approved the final offer, I had the money in my bank account in less than 12 hours.
