I hired 2 freelancers and they did a good job but why ithire doesnt keep the rate i am hiring someone to be a secret for other freelancers. The second freelancer saw that the first one was working with twice more rate and he got upset and angry on me that I did so for the same job. This should be changed urgently

But I couldn't invite my partner to join my dashboard via a separate email... Freelancer did a good job, but it took me a lot of time to keep the communication between the freelancer and my partner. And that is a big minus guys, add a function to invite partners in a client dashboard...

They deliver what they claim: professional programmers. It is very difficult to find good programmers and less-than-top can damage your company. IThire delivered several specialist and they all are very good. We selected one and have been very satisfied.

Basically, I hired a "professional" who supposedly would do my job easily in 2 weeks.
After the first week, I got nothing but he didn't charge me.
After the second week, he said the project was almost complete and sent me a "fake photo" and he requested half of the payment in the ithire.

After that, he stopped answering (I have a lot of screenshots) and didn't send me anything. I talked with the iThire support exposing this case, and they said they couldn't do anything.

So basically, he didn't do anything, requested half of the payment and ithire can't do anything. They don't defend the customers. They defend the sellers. This guy is still selling on the platform after I opened a ticket saying that he scammed me.

Just go to another website like Fiverr or upwork where they only pay the seller if the customer gets the work done.

I approached a developer through Upwork (*), but she wouldn't work using the Upwork platform and proposed we work through ithire.com. What a scam! First, she wasted about an hour of my time trying to understand the problem (a failing Drobo), to which she offered a solution in a couple of days. Nothing. Waited for days and received nothing at all. I canceled the contract. MEANWHILE, ithire.com is continuously trying to charge a so-called WEEKLY Regular Recurring Payment on my PayPal account for the no-frills amount of $6,900.00. Thanks to PayPal, I have been able to stop this. After reviewing the entire situation, after a few hours, she was banned from Upwork, but it looks like she actually never existed because there was about 12 other developers that sent proposals to me on Upwork that had a similar approach and were also banned from Upwork that same day. DON'T USE ITHIRE, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

Red Flags:
1. Paypal is "disabled"
2. All possitive comments about ithire are russian ladies with western names
3. All the profiles are clearly stock images and fake
4. I bet you got invited to this platform by a russian lady with incredible creds from a legit freelancer site (upwork, freelancer.com etc...)
5. Why not ask if you can pay more, and stay on upwork and see what happens.

This site is good. The number and sheer quality of the IT professionals here is remarkable. Already assigned 3 jobs to 3 different freelancers at a rate which I was really happy paying.
