Ithire is a really good platform. It provides simple star-rating, rich, comment and product attribute ratings and filtering reviews by reviewer attributes. The quality of projects posted is at a high level. I would recommend IThire to everyone who who are looking for a good freelancers.

Dont ever trap yourself with this fake IThire website. Their developers are fake and they are using this platform to scam you. You should be redirected from other websites like Upwork. If anyone of the developer will ask you that I am not working on Upwork and work with me on ITHIRE.com... just ignore him. He is a scammer and he will take your money without any work. They are totally bogus and very well planned. They are IT professional scammers. Be careful and never ever do any project on this website. At the end you have to block your credit card as they are even charging if your card has been removed or you close your contract. They 1st charged me very wisely $160. I have removed my credit card from the website but again they charged me $50. The money has gone and they are not repsonding. At last, I blocked my credit card. :( The developer which i got trapped was George Scott.
It was a pleasure working with IThire, as they're very timely with their communication and are really great at receiving feedbacks. Definitely will work with them again should I need more services with them!
It has been 3 years since I work through ItHire and I can say that it's the best platform for developers. You can always find brand new jobs here and Clients are cool people too. I've never been disappointed and I'll choose this platform over and over again.
I honestly don't have anything bad to say about ItHire. I'm a Software/Python developer, and i can say that working here patiently and building my career really worth it to wait for. I work 3+ years already and i got big step up in my career. The platform is clean and simple and it helps to keep communication with client easy.
In this platform you just post you job online describing your ideas, specific requirements, skills needed, budget and timeline. Ithire allows you easily find the right person as thousands of freelancers and agencies review your project description. Besides project managers' team is always there to support and advise our clients.
The developer I hired was mediocre- she delivered some technonology never before seen on mock drafting sites, the site itself is flaky. Example- the credit card I used had enough for 2 weeks worth of billing based on project budget, ithire if the card was maxed out, would charge the card 5-10x over a Saturday (when US banks are closed), locking the card and making me wait until Monday/Tuesday to unlock it. I think you can find a better site from the back end- the developers are on more than one site, choose the site wisely.
The login for the site takes forever- both on desktop and phone. Getting messages off IThire is a pain (takes a long time to login, then too many mouse clicks to see messages. Getting to billing for the projects is not simple either (can only review one developer/project at a time). The requirements engine and the dialog on specific features of the site is bad, we use discord because ithire is so bad.
This appears to be a totally scam website. I was directed to it by someone I met on Upwork. That freelancer was totally unqualified to do the job. I got charged a bunch of hours with no results. Tried to dispute the charges, but the dispute system seems to be broken. Nobody responds to messages. Don't even think about using it. I'll report the charges to my bank as fraud.
Small update: Even if my dispute is a success, they will only credit my account and not refund my money. This is an absolute sham and scam of a website. For sure will file a dispute with the credit card company.
They pretend they work on a new website, copy content of the current one, make a video without sending physicial files and then continue charging your card without being able to cancel the project.
I have Hired Lara Braun from IThire, and she did made very bad work.
Lara get paid over 1000€, and she never Finnish the jobb, and what she did Finnish was complete faraway from the project. Do Not use this platform with very bad Freelancer Lara Braun.
Ithire gives you a reliable, secured and free world to work. It has a great support team available 24h for all customers and they are willing to help about anything. They have a secure and well established system that not only helps us to get or required work but also gets the freelancer pay for what they have put effort into. I will continue using Ithire going forward!

I have had a great experience with a freelancer I met there. I think it is a great place to find great clients and grow professionally. The only bad experience was with the Support. Live Chat support once took whole 3 hours to answer a simple question i asked at a night time... I understand that is night, but please keep a night shift support team to support your customers...
My freelancer was doing a great job and i wanted to do a payment for him to keep his motivation but it took the support a whole week to send me an invoice to pay to my freelancer for the reason my freelancer was upset with all the negative results there... bad. Change your support team
As a freelancer, I have found a good amount of work opportunities here compared to other sites. With my employers having good knowledge about my work subject it was super easy to communicate with them.
The entire process was very easy. Ithire is great for quickly hiring great developers. I meet Mia from LinkedIn and we have started working together with ithire. Mia did great job for us she developed shopify web and and ios application.
I have already referred Mia and ithire to my friends all them had amazing experience.
The developers we used via this lied about their ability and ended up costing 3x to fix elsewhere.
There is no way to check if the developer can actually produce what is asked for. It seems its just bedroom developers trying their luck.

I agree with the previous comments about the live chat... bad, bad. We are in 21th century guys, and there are other platfroms as well, so keep your support level at the high quality level, otherwise you are loosing your best clients here... This is all. I will give you 1 star this time, sorry.
