Happy at first then less than 2 months a stone fell out and I can't get in touch to exchange it. Agents are never available and they won't respond to my emails! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not happy I bought ring!
Received ring order - then days later received a duplicate order. $137.15 for each order - want to return one, but no address to mail to. Ordered 10th November, no confirmation email, didn't answer my 2 emails (sent via PayPal website), didn't respond to phone call despite message in American accent saying they would, didn't respond until I entered a disputed on PayPal when they told me it had been posted on December 6th. When I checked tracking they hadn't processed the order until December 6th, the day of the dispute being raised on PayPal. Only when I checked tracking did I find out they were a Chinese company. December 15th still not received. Very dubious company despite all of the rave reviews I see on this site. Be careful or prepared to fight to get the goods or your money back.
Just want to say you guys are awesome. Received my order and was very happy with the extras and hand written note. These little things make a difference.

Horrible customer service and delivery. Ordered on 1/16/2020, Express Shipping. The wrong address populated. I immediately corrected it but the website said "Order is already processed" SERIOUSLY?! Received email that they successfully changed the shipping address-STILL NO DELIVERY. Emailed thru website and email 7 times now- NO ANSWER FROM COMPANY. WON'T RESPOND BACK AND STILL NO ORDER. I tried to cancel the order. (Good Luck trying to do that!) Setting your money on fire will get you the same results. DON'T ORDER THRU THIS SHADY COMPANY! I'm out over $200 but will take this higher if I have to. My international law degree will be used to the fullest bc I'm so mad!
None of the items were as described as they advertised on their website.The quality was cheap like junk. Don't be fool by the stunning photos, the actual ring looked like made with plastic stone, very awful. They deleted all the negative reviews on their website, the left one all looks good. The customer service was horrible. If you want to return any item, then the nightmare starts. They won't let you return anything. They will try to use all kinds of dirty tricks to convince you to exchange. After that will be an extra $20,$30 or $40 fee to charge on buyer. Also, the customers have to pay for another returning shipping fee, very ridiculous! They hide all the specific details and try to deceive buyers. Their unfair clause policy was made by themselves when each time they replied your email. That was a trap! They just want to get more money from you. Their shipping address is in China, returning address is somewhere in LA, PayPal account in different city in China, so CUNNING! This company is no integrity at all. BE very very Careful! Don't buy anything from ITALO!
This place is the absolute worst. I purchased a ring in July as a gift, it came in the wrong size, they replaced it, was worn twice and stones started falling out. Then paid $40 for a replacement, they sent the completely wrong ring, I STILL IN OCTOBER have NOT had this resolved or even received what I purchased and they refuse a refund. I tried to call the number provided, went to voicemail. The email responses are generic.

I purchased a pair of pink dangle earrings in October. They came damaged. From that moment on, I have been insulted, disrespected, and discriminated against. This by far is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with…. EVER. They won't even replace the earring and won't give me a refund! They want me to pay for shipping of the return of Their damaged merchandise! Their stuff is cheap cheap cheap… like dollar store cheap! Don't waste you money and definitely don't waste your time. They can't even speak English. It's a translation phone call. Made all these promises to send me a new replacement earring and here I am in December holding a broken pair that I pains over $100. Dollars for that are totally useless! I'd give them a big fat -0- all around. A terrible company to deal with. All promises with no follow through. Plus the actual earrings look nothing like the pictures. If you have somewhat of a high standard for quality, run in the other direction with this company. Total crap!
I originally bought two rings the Oval pronged eternity band and an oval ring that was big. I think like 12 carrots. I based it off a 1/4 size down than what I was last sized at. The rings were still too big. No big deal. I should have re measured. The band on the Oval engagement ring was very frail. They sat in the packages for 3 months before I started wearing them. The first day I wore them a tiny gem on the engagement ring fell off from the band. Eventually a bunch fell off the floating halo. The ring band started warping from the start. The gems were all stunning and the styles were beautiful but the metal kind of sucked a lot actually. We tried to get in contact with italo via email and instagram. Didn't work. Was expecting them not to because saw the terrible customer service reviews before hand. Regardless I loved the rings even though both devastatingly fell apart. I feel like having the wrong size really contributed to the warping factor. I think if you're going to invest this much on some pretty white sapphires you might as well take them immediately to get them reset into higher quality metal. I also noticed when ordering this year that the metal is sterling silver. For some reason I remember aluminium being a percentage of the metal before. So maybe it's been fixed. Stunning but as of early 2019 poor metal quality

I ordered 2 rings a month ago and they are cheap and fake looking. They refuse to honor their 60 day return policy. They take great pictures on their website but the actual item is not as described.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have been waiting over a month and a half to receive my ordered ring. Tracking says it has not moved since the day after I ordered it. Pretty sure they lost my shipment, but they refuse to refund it until I return it, but I have to wait to receive it to return it. So basically just lost out on $150 because I am never going to receive it. Have asked multiple times for a manager to call me. I have received the exact same email every week for the last month saying, it's still in transit and tracking will update in a few days (which it never does). Instead of having someone call me, they told me to contact my postage office here with the tracking number. Called and sure enough the package still hasn't moved. Told them that and their response was it is still in transit so we won't refund it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL!
Be sure you get your shipping address correct. The default is to ship to your PayPal address. Perhaps there is a way to alter the shipping address from inside of the PayPal authorization, but it must be subtle and I missed it thinking at some point in the checkout process I would be asked for a shipping address.
There is no way to correct an incorrect address which I attempted immediately. My problem was I needed the jewelry to be where I was going to be on the East coast of the US and it would not arrive at my home before I left.
Customer service is difficult to access. The phone is never answered including during their supposed hours. Emails are ignored too. Starting a complaint in PayPal DID get their attention finally, and at that point I was able to request a refund, however I needed to be persistent, with them first offering credit against another order etc.
In the end, I shipped the unopened order back and got my money back, but the whole process took a lot of back and forth. Because they refunded my money, they get two stars. I have no comment on the jewelry since I shipped it back unopened.
Italo have offered to replace the ring free of charge so I am happy they are trying to fix the problem. I don't recommend buying a ring that is coated as the coating doesn't last.
I just received a pair of earrings today( on time). They are exactly how I expected and the quality is great.

Italo Jewelry is a BIG fraud. They act as a company from the United States but they are from China. If you purchase a product they will not return the product. DO NOT purchase from them or any of these companies from CHINA. The jewelry is CHEAP looking and it look like bubble gum machine rings.
