I ordered 2 rechargeable batteries in November 2020, and by end of June 2021 one of the batteries would not even charge at all. The lifespan of these batteries is 2-3 years, however one of mine lasted 7 months. I reached out to the company (iSave) asking for a replacement or a refund and all they could say was "your order has exceeded the return time frame." This company has many negative reviews, of which I wish I had read prior to placing my order through WALMART.COM. Walmart really needs to vet these companies for bad reviews.
Purchased 2 Panasonic five unit cordless phones. One set was fine. Other set was customer return & missing so many things.
Finally got a refund today. Only because I took pictures of everything. Including shipping label on return. Continued saying the hadn't received it back. Sent copies from FedEx proving they did & were continuing to lie to me.
Beware, they sell on Walmart, Amazon, Newegg, & Ebay. They should be kicked off of these sites.
Placed an order on Oct. 21,2020, for Wahl clipper blades [double set) on Walmart.com and noticed the merchandise was actually being sold by isave. Looked up isave reviews and figured I would be yet another customer getting short changed. I never received any emails from isave regarding confirmation of order or shipment. On 10-28-20 I contacted Discover and learned my card had been charged on 10-22-20 for the blades. Called isave and a warm body picked up right away. Given I had received no shipping info, the representative looked up my order by zipcode. Said it had been delivered to my mailbox the previous day. I checked and it was there. Opened package and the merchandise appears authentic. Gave 3 stars because there was no confirmation of order, or shipping/tracking information provided by the seller.
Horrible experience. Ordered it through Walmart. Arrived open, missing a part and paperwork with return policy. Contacted them on the 35th day, they said I was out of luck, past their 30 day return policy. No attempt to resolve the issue. Again, no paperwork in the opened package with their return policy.
This is without doubt the worst excuse for a company out there today. Their so-called Customer Service is a farce! I placed my order thru Walmart & have every intention of expressing my experience with their Customer Service as well as with my friends on Facebook. What a joke!
Walmart uses this 3rd party vendor. Ordered a replacement battery they sent me 3. None of them work. Bait and switch, no one answers when I call and I cannot return the item to Walmart. Not surprised that a crappy place like Walmart uses this ripoff scam vendor. ISave is synonymous with theft. Tell anyone who will listen do not order from them
This is my first and last experience with this company. Since it was through Walmart I thought it would be reputable. I purchased Panasonic cordless phones and since they would be replacing Panasonic cordless phones I thought there would be no problem. They didn't work properly and I was told by the customer service person at iSave that it was my responsibility to have know that and at first refused even a return and refund. When I told them i have spoken with a Panasonic rep they told me I could return the phones at my expense. Never, ever, ever again will I purchase anything from them.
The worst customer service and products! I purchased a faulty telescope for a child's birthday and they will not accept the faulty product. It was past the 30 days, but that was due to me purchasing in advance to ensure that it arrived in time due to the delivery delays!
Bought a Christmas gift for my husband who was overseas in military right before Christmas. Didn't get to see him until 1/27. Guess what. If your out of there 30 day return window you can kiss your money goodbye since they will do NOTHING to help you return a perfectly good unused item. I was even asked "What took tou so long to return the item?"! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This was just rude and uncalled for. Thanks for looking out for our service members isave, because CLEARLY you don't care.
F**k this company. Total bait-and-switch scammers. I paid for a 2017 iMac, got sent a 2014 model - as if i wouldn't notice? They offered to refund me and sent a shipping label. When they received the return they tried to tell me that it wouldn't turn on and they wouldn't refund my money (i tested it before sending it back, worked fine). I went ape$#*! on them and contacted my credit card company. Was finally issued a refund after threatening legal action...

Sold by iSave. Cannot make calls out now (it was working) calls from phonebook in Menu not working either. Followed Manual steps & called Panasonic cannot get assistance. Never will I buy Refurbished again or from iSave. Returning phone.
Awful customer service. And they lied about the item I sent back, saying it was not returned in full. It was only 1 item in one box that was never opened. That doesn't even make any sense. Watch out - they re-sell on New Egg
Uh bought an iPhone 6 they said I should wait for 24 hours for my parcel details. After that they blue ticked me. Uh ask for my money after they blocked me. Bloody scammers
I ordered an electric shaver, they shipped me a cheaper model and insisted that it was same thing. The said I would get a full refund, but after returning the item they claim they can't find it in their warehouse so they don't have to pay me. TOTAL SCAM!
Horrible company! Placed order through Walmart. ISave was third party vendor. Called 2 days after order. "Jack" said order had shipped but couldn't contact the "warehouse" to get tracking number. He said they had my email and would email me with info. I contacted Walmart when I did not receive the tracking number. Had 3-way conversation. ISave told Walmart same story. After a week, they admitted they did not have the item in stock. I canceled the order and received a refund. "Jack" said item was defective. REALLY, a battery? Just one lie after another. Don't do business with these people. Too many good vendors to have to deal with their horrible treatment of customers!
My company orders many fax machines. We tried this one recently and I am currently on the phone with this company. I shipped them back their machine and received my refund. The shipment caused $37.57 that they said they would refund me. I still have not received the shipment refund. I called yesterday and they said the supervisor was too busy I would have to call back. Well today I stayed on hold for over an hour for the supervisor and they eventually hung up. I am now on the line with them, again on hold for over 30mins to speak to the supervisor.
This company is the absolute worst.
Btw two of the machines we have ordered, DIDN'T EVEN WORK!

I ordered a Samsung galaxy tablet for Christmas to give to my baby boy. I didn't receive the tablet by the given date so ok after checking an email stating that the package was delivered, I went to go check my mailbox bc I knew for a fact that no delivery person had knocked on my door. I checked the mailbox and and guess what There was no package either. I emailed them and they told me that FedEx delivered the package. So I was telling them that there was no package left in my mailbox. Ok long story very short, I'm still going through the process of getting the tablet. I received an email last week stating that the package was found and that I should receive it by the end of the week (which I didn't) so I emailed the sorry SOBs today and they tell me to call FedEx to find out when they're going to deliver it and FedEx is telling me that the only document that they have is the claim that was filed. Ok now I'm furious bc I feel like I'm getting the run around. So I emailed them back... only for them to tell me that I should wait on FedEx with the unit. THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING $#*! CONS. But if I have to take their lying $#*! to court, I will do so bc I paid almost $200 on that tablet to just not even have it in my possession damn near a whole month later. Walmart should drop them bc there has been too many complaints about them. That's just sad!
ITEM NEVER ARRIVED. KEPT TELLING ME THEY WOULD CALL BACK, NEVER DID. GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD.
