Then they went ahead and shipped the item.

BUYER BEWARE!

I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AND HAVING A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I bought Surveillance cameras through Walmart, com (which than contracts out to isave. I never received my order.
I was told a supervisor would call me back with in 24 hours, that was 10 days ago. I have even called the last 4 days in a row leaving a message for a call back and still nothing.

My problem is that I never received the product. You would think okay will easy fix, put a claim in with Fedex and it will be covered.
WRONG, ISave did not require a signature when delivering the product so it is not covered under Fedex. And Walmart is telling me basically, "Too Bad"!

Why would Isave not require a signature on a something that cost $580.00? That is not chump change, I work very hard for my money and would never leave something that expensive on the curb.

Obviously if the client is ordering surveillance cameras in the first place, there is a reason! Why would ISave not have common sense to require a signature to make sure the product is received?

I just need to talk to someone about resolving the problem, Their customer care says they can no help me and their supervisors will not call me back!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Broken products

Ordered a 700 dollar Expresso unit and it was sent broken. They refuse ti send out a new one and expect me to go and return it to get my money back.

Bought replacement battery for $17.95 in February, not even 2 months battery not taking charge and company not rreplacing. Purchasr same battery on Factory outlet for $6.95
