Have been waiting for 2 months for my promised credit to appear in my account. It started of when they just refused to respond to my repeated emails - 5 in total. Then had to call the English phone number listed, which diverted to an Indian call centre. So every point of contact has been a disappointment. Still waiting Isango - Where's my money?, I'm still waiting. I will leave a negative review on every website I can find. Ref No *******.

Last month, I bought a ticket for the Toronto hop on and off bus from their site. However when I arrived at the bus stop, the girl working at the queue was unable to scan my voucher (it returned an error message). I have emailed them twice to ask for a refund because their voucher was useless but seeing the comments from other users, I now realise I may never see my money again.
I tried to book the hop on hop off us with this company and when I had inputted my payment details, it said the site had crashed and it had not gone through. Had an email to say so something had gone wrong and to try again, which I did, same thing happened. I ended up booking elsewhere then when I came back from my holiday, noticed x 2 payments taken out by isango. I'm now on my third call today, 4 emails no response and still trying to get my money back for something I didn't even book. This company is nothing short of liars and thieves, avoid
I had bought the Hop On Hop Off Tour for 6 persons in Berlin in June of this year. Included was the boat-tour on the Spree-river, too. Although I had paid the whole package and got the proper voucher (incl. Der boat-tour) the 6 persons were refused to enter the boat. As reason they were told that the boat-tour is not included! Of Course the Group was extremely disappointed.
The next day I complained to the Isango customer-complaint, however, they were very rude to me and even accused me, that I had written the boat-tour in the voucher by myself (absolutely ridiculous). After several email-exchanges I also contacted the Isango customer-complaints division, however, there they did not respond to me and just ignored my claim until today. Absolutely impertinent!
I booked under the impression that i will get access to the canal cruise, only after booking and paying then the condition is that i need to have covid certificate. Who does that? And they refused to refund me after i canceled less than 2 minutes after payment.
My advise, don't use them. They are not 100% honest. They are after our hard earned monies! Thieves!
When you buy tickets, there is a product ticket. Which leads you to believe you have purchased what you have wanted. However, you have to add options to the product to actually choose what you want on your product. This was not made clear! It's a very misleading company that did not help and will not refund you at all! This meant we could not do all the activities we thought we had bought into. It also did not give us a time options so half a day was wasted waiting for a product that was not actually what we wanted to do. A company using all the right skills to get past the laws, as usual that effects innocent, hard working people.
It was a great help by customer care on chat for my Paris Tour, they offered and suggested me the best value tours with their great expertise! Thanks so much guys!
Despite paying in full and receiving vouchers from Isango, when it came to actually going on the pre-booked tours in Iceland, we had not been booked on one so could not go and the other had been cancelled, despite us checking the night before and again one hour before that it was going ahead and hiring a car and travelling for 2 hours in a snowstorm to get there. All in all, one and a half days of our 5 day trip ruined. Still battling for a full refund owed 3 weeks later. This company have no idea the impact their mistakes have on it's customers holidays.
Booked a hop on hop off bus in London and they gave me a "free" boat cruise. What I didn't know is that the cruise was actually a boat bus and if we didn't ask when we looked like we were heading out of the city we would have been taken out of town! We got off soon enough to not have to spend too much to get back to London via this same boat. So what was supposed to be free we ended up having to pay for. My ticket Voucher didn't mention anything in the fine print about this. When I complained the company basically said too bad for you, it's somewhere on their website! If I could give them a zero I would. But I guess a 1 will do. Hop on hop off service was fine though. Just be careful with London free boat ride only goes one way. It's not a "cruise" as they've advertised it.
They changed my reservation date of visiting Sagrada Familia without my confirmation. And when I told them I'm not there at the date, even I don't asked for this date.they didn't refund me or change the schedule!

Ordered tickets, confirmed, payment taken then told i would be refunded as not available. Refund processed but exchange and bank processing was a loss of 12.70 pounds for me. They write emails GREETINGS OF THE DAY! And unfortunately we cannot refund the difference. They still don't get the business practice of advertising something and taking money for it yet there was no product in the first place. This is fraudulent. Customer care is a big fat ZERO! Beware this was for a Stonehenge trip 104 pounds per person. BEWARE
Ridiculous piece of $#*!s, you might as well donate your money than to book with them. They are ripoffs and frauds, they dont really care for return business but its more like what they can get of you
I booked a tour online and despite my card being charged and voucher saying confirmed was later told its not available, I then had to battle for 3 weeks to get my money back post threatening them to take them to court. No apologies, nothing for my lost transportation which i had specially booked for this tour.
Never shall book with them again
We purchased tickets for the bus in las vegas. It was 109 degrees and we could not find the bus stop. We are in our 70's and felt it was too difficult. When I contacted them, they put the responsibility on me to find the bus stops or call them. Waiting for up to a half hour in 109 degrees is just too much for anyone in and of itself. They were not helpful!
They probably are the worst company ever, I booked with them and had to make dozen phone calls since the money was deducted but the email just said its on request and will be confirmed in 2 days, i waited 7 days and nothing.
Finally after countless calls i do get the confirmation 1 day before i am leaving and they wouldnt even let me cancel. But its not over yet, I get to Dubai and no one comes to pick me up, great, so i call again first to the operator and then to isango eventually no luck and i ended up missing my tour and wasting my time on holiday.
Got my refund post 10 phone calls, 25 emails and 1 month wait.
So STAY AWAY

Landed on their site from Google looking for "hop on hop off" bus in Barcelona. Site looks like you are booking with the actual operator.
Booked two tickets but then discovered I had tickets for a different operator to all my friends that was travelling with. Only then discovered that they are just an agent and sell for both bus companies operating in Barcelona.
Had to then buy tickets for the other company leaving me £50 out of pocket. Requested they refunded the tickets bought for other tour as wasn't cancelled - they actually made two sales for the same book. They have point blank refused hiding behind terms and conditions and "24 hours before tour" cancellation policy.
Good customer service would have given the refund as they aren't out of pocket - they still got the sale - in fact they got two. Sadly, they don't have good customer service.
Their suggestion is that use the second voucher as have three months to use it - so I'm just meant to fly back to Barcelona to take a tour that already taken with a different company?
Bought a tour for hop on hop off bus in Madrid through this agency and regretted straight after.
I was buying the tour for my sister and just before the trip she was not able to make it due to some health problems.
When i was buying the tickets to this bus, I have clearly seen that you can return the ticket if you won't be able to use it and you can get a refund.
So when I have tried to do a refund, they have taken time to reply and then, after wards when they date of the ticket passed, they said that they won't be able to refund it cause its past date already.
When I have stated the fact that I have made a claim before the ticket day they said sorry we can't do anything about it.
This is an absolute lie about their refund policy!
In the times we live now, such companies should not exist with their poorest level of customer support and fake refund policies.!

I booked, paid and received a confirmation for a Hop On/Hop Off tour with Isango for Tallin, Estonia months in advance. The day of my booking I was informed that they were not operating that day. I contacted Isango for a refund and 38 days later I have STILL not received a satisfactory response. They have replied 3x to my follow up emails saying "they are waiting on a response from the tour operator" and "doing everything they can"., "our resolution time is 28 days" I have travelled extensively over the years utilizing many different tour companies and can say this company has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Buyer Beware! Not recommended!
