Pls do not book any tickets with isango. They are liars, very unhelpfull and thieves. They re interested in your money but fails to deliver the service. Even information is not given in a clear and concise manner. You don't get a refund for anything rather they will try to scam you even more further. I have had a very bad experience with tickets booked for disneyland paris.
So pls be aware and don't fall the victim.

My boyfriend bought us a surprise theatre and hotel break in central london. We arrived at the hotel at 3pm in the afternoon to drop our bags off only to be told there was no room for us, and the hotel had no record of us. We phoned isango who were extremely unhelpful and told us there was nothing they could do except refund our hotel money.
This left us stranded in central london on a saturday afternoon with nowhere to stay, a suitcase and needing to go to a show.
We tried again to speak to the company however they hung up on us! We ended up having to pay through the nose for another hotel which was not nearby. I felt terrible for my boyfriend, this was supposed to be a nice surprise and we made the best of it but this company treated us terribly. Avoid.
We booked this hop on hop off tour, we waited for the bus but it did not arrive. After visiting tourist information we were told the bus had been rented out to a private tour and wouldn't be running. We were not informed and were just left out in the rain! We were offer a taxi tour at first but the when we gave our ISANGO voucher in we were told that because we didn't book direct we couldn't take the taxi without paying again, I have now emailed both City Sightseeing and ISANGo over a dozen times for a refund and still haven't got one! Shame on you City Sightseeing and also ISANGO!
The worst agency ever, the most incompetent travel agency, the worst experience of my life. To be refused to leave for a visit while I have confirmations of trips and vouchers. Totally incompetent. Do not go there, RUN AWAY from this agency!

I booked three New York City hop on/off bus tours on my cell phone. Thought it was a good deal and didn't realize that I wasn't buying directly from Grey line. There was no detailed verification before the transaction was completed and payment submitted. I printed off the vouchers a couple of days later and noticed that the date I had selected had not gone through, instead the tour date was the day I had purchased the tickets. I phoned Isango support immediately and was told that there was nothing they could do as the tour date had already passed. I emailed the company and was told that they would see what they could do. I have sent several emails and have received the exact same response- word for word. After reading all the negative reviews I realize I have been ripped off.
Very poor service! I booked the eifferl tower last June and could never find the person who was in charge of the group. The instructions were not clear at all about the meeting point, I called you and there was no people that could help me at all. Seriously, STAY AWAY of this piece of crap company.

The company Travco ar dubai use another operator who doesnt understand English and all he does was yell, the day we are doing these tour.We waited 2 hours and the driver made one phone call hang up and decided to leave because He claimed that we are not rhere. Liars and lazy. Isango will not act on behalf and all they listen to was their operator overseas so Beware. I made same claims at Viator and they immediately return our hard earned money. Isango refuse to refund. Will never use this company based on London and customer service were nowhere and lazy...

I got money taken out of my account from this company without my consent. I have tried to call and enquire. To no surprise the number is disengaged.
VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Bought a combo ticket for the Madrid tour which included the tour of Santiago Bernabeu.
1. They sent me a barcode to gain access to the stadium, on getting there I found out that the code wasn't working and the stadium officials confirmed I was charged almost double the price by Isango, a ticket I could have bought at the stadium with minimal queue.
2. I reached out to them and they told me to pick up the tickets from any of their buses at any of stops their buses frequent, so I went to the bus stop close to the stadium and the bus guide said I would have to go to the starting point to get the ticket.
3. I went to the starting point to pick the ticket and I was told I would have to go the office of one of their partners at my own cost, in a country where I am a tourist. I refused and requested a refund.
4. Its been three months with no refund.
5. Also booked them for the Barcelona tour (Big mistake), this was not a tour, think of it as paying for a day pass to use a city's transport system.
I bought the DC tour package with them and called them within two hours of booking to cancel as our plans had changed. They will not give me refund despite there being a link at its website about no cancellation fees. Sent them the screenshot. They say you click on the link and you will find non-refundable there. Why in the first place, it wouldn't write it on the page itself instead of hiding inside a link with luring words like 'no cancellation fees'? That speaks for these scammers. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM and RUN AWAY.
Insango charged £90 to go up to the top of the Eiffel Tower (it only cost £16 if you buy straight from the Eiffel Tower itself) got to the Eiffel Tower with our tour guide only to be told that there is no tickets left and we would get a full refund. One month later and insango will not give us a refund. Would strongly recommend nobody to book with them absolute discrase.

Terrible service... book with another vendor or tour provider. Isango refused to assist me as the tour provider even though they were not the operator. My fee and the responsibility was through Isango.
We got off of the ship and there were no instructions on the ticket nor at the port that we had to take the train into Stockholm. My email about pickup at the port was never answered and the bus company was not answering the phone during normal business day and normal business hours. We called three times, no answer and no return call as promised by the recording.
Then, once we finally did get to Stockholm (after 2 hours of trying to get details), the service was TERRIBLE!
The buses were full, had to leave passengers as they had over subscribed, the wi-fi that was promised on EVERY BUS did not work, but it did work on the competitor's bus when we were parked next to it (just in case they try to blame the weather or other factor). When I asked the driver about the wi-fi he stated "it was not his area" and could not even state how to log on, yet alone fix the issues which we later discovered were a problem on all of the buses. The employees were rude and very unhelpful.
They did not have what one employee told me was a "Traffic Coordinator" so there was no parking, we had to do loop before we could park and then the driver told us he was taking a 1 hour break (he cold have let us off 30 minutes earlier instead of us looping with him).
All in all, this was very unpleasant and unprofessional.
I booked with them for Paris and Rome, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews.
I only got the vouchers for the colosseum and was told I couldn't go in. Didn't redeem any of the tickets.
I called them and told them this two weeks ago. I had skip the line tickets and had to wait 3 hours to get in when my travel group got in right then and there. Still fighting with them to get my money back as the local operators are now saying I redeemed the tickets when I did not. They are asking for documentation. TWO WEEKS AFTER THE FACT!
Completely unbelievable.
CUSTOMERS - Beware - ISANGO/'JUST LONDONTHEATRE BREAKS book directly with tour operator as ISANGO is not fit to be an official travel partner for any tour/attraction partner as it fails miserably to provide due care whilst booking. Have been charged twice for the same booking and I am struggling to get a refund. After 8 days I am still waiting. Poor Customer Services.

I urge everyone to STAY CLEAR OF ISANGO - this company takes your money under misrepresentation of experiences. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. And once they take your money THEY DO NOT CARE AND CHANGE THE DETAILS ON THE WEBSITE suggesting you're lying.
I purchased a Miami bus tour with Miami Seaquarium tickets which was clearly advertised on the website at the time of purchase as a combo'. I have screen grabs as proof.
There were a variety of issues with what they sold me...
1 - On arriving at the bus stop, with my 18 month old baby, I was told the bus tickets I had been sent weren't valid for travel and I had to make my own way across the city, a 45 minute journey of my own expense in taxis, to pick the tickets up from the main bus office.
2 - At the time of purchase, Isango's website clearly stated that you got a second day free on the bus tour when you received your first ticket, which my paperwork confirmed, however staff of the bus company told me this was not true and Isango had given, and sold, me the wrong information.
3 - The Miami Seaquarium was listed as a stop on the bus tour on the paperwork, sent to me by Isango, and when I arrived at the bus stop I was told by the bus company that this information was incorrect. I then had to pay $50 in taxis to take a 20 minute ride to get to the aquarium. And of course return.
The customer service is severely lacking any sort of empathy or service in general and even if you have proof through images, paperwork, email trails and receipts THEY DO NOT LISTEN.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I booked this ride and paid premium price specifically because it said in the description we would go under the bridge of sighs. I expressed my wish to go under the bridge of sighs when I booked (via both phone and email) and it was confirmed. I found out one day before my trip to Venice from the gondolier company (not Isango) that it wasn't true. The gondolier company Isango work with has an allocated area and couldn't reach the bridge. The gondolier company said that they never communicated to Isango that the itinerary would include the bridge and Isango admitted it is true. So it was a commercial lie. I have called the customer service right away and they didn't take my complaint seriously. They didn't find me any other alternative. When I asked for a financial compensation, as what they sold me and charge a premium price for is not the service they delivered, they offered me 5% discount on my next booking which is clearly a joke. I rarely complain but, unfortunately, it was a very poor experience for something that was really important to me.

My mife book a bus tour in barcelona and payed it with in Germany used "sofortüberweisung" (imediate pay). And then the story of no service started. No Bookingconfirmation. First calls from our site 4 days later. Long waiting times in hotlines. With no progress. Meanwhile we doublechecked the moneyflow from our bank to the isango serviceprovider Heidelpay. Everything OK. Still no reaction from isango allthoug we sent every demanded data over mail. Monday morning the next try (The trip started on tuesday). Some english women on isango hotline. Promises to doublecheck everything and to call back in latest 1 hour. Guess what happend? Yeah, no call back! So I tried to call. Again hotlines. But after a while a german speeking person (with a strong indish or pak akzent). And the information that everything is OK. No it wasn´t because we still had no booking confirmation. So she sent it. The answer to my question why I had to spent so much time to clarify this was funny. "Our german service colleagues are not firm in handling complaints". Well, then please ISANGO! Close your german business!
