I have now received one item of two from my order. I am going to query the current status of the other item.

I love that your styles are unique to you, the materials and colours and the quality of the garments I received was verygood

Overall, the whole process was satisfactory. I am very happy with my purchases and will deinately use iris ruby again. Checking out was difficult when I had to go back to cancel an item that I ordered twice in error. Also I couldn't get the first time buyer discount as it didn't recognise the code. I was pleased to get the £15 discount for spending more than I intended.

All ok apart from discount code for 10% off did not work.
Also think shipping cost is high.

Easy to use website, easy to order and prompt delivery.

Product is nothing like promo picture - not knitted nor scalloped edge - panels do not match - tis not a flowing rainbow - don't think even Janis Joplin on acid wud've worn this - steep shipping fees steep & late delivery - Ho Hum - we live & learn - never again

It looked lovely on the website but badly made and decorated on receipt. Then compounded the disappointment by revealing that I am responsible for any return charges - to China! I should have researched better, but it should have been made clearer at the time of buying.

The clothes are unusual, quirky and reasonably priced. I have enjoyed the experience so far. Looking forward to trying the items on.

Taking a leap of faith as not ordered here before - the site seems good and easy to navigate - we shall see how well the products turn out!

Not received the order yet - hoping that it will come soon for my granddaughters!

Found the checkout page a bit confusing. They sent me an email saying I should have received my order, which I hadn't, but when I replied to that as suggested, the response was that I hadn't waited long enough! I was happy to wait, as it was not a long time, but it was their email which led me to expect the item sooner, which confused me. I suggest that you do not raise false eapectations, then people won't be disappointed.

I found the whole shopping experience efficient and the parcel arrived quickly. The articles are OK, although they look slightly better in the catalogue. In terms of price/quality I am ver happy, though.

Stripes means straight lines
Pattern is colourful and leaves and flowers there are no straight lines.
Garment was multicolour patterned as illustration!
Rather lightweight.
