After placing order I got a progress icon for the rest of the day. My order didn't go through and I had to go back through the process the next day.
I contacted customer service a week after placing my order. The status was at "Processing." Customer service was very helpful and I received a call with an update on my order. Order was received 2 days later.

The website kept rejecting my information. It's really a lousy shopping experience compared to other online sites. Get to work and fix the bugs!
When I finally got my order, i received 2 braces--not the one I ordered. Perhaps the repeat attempts I made to get my information approved caused the duplicate order. I will be returned the unneeded brace.

Would have liked the option of ordering via a toll free number. It took a couple of days and an email from me to get an order confirmation and tracking number. After that I was kept updated on order progress and notified when it had been delivered. Product was as expected at an much better price than I found anywhere else.
It was easy to fine, simple and easy. After browsing here and there I found what I needed, which not easy in the market.

Easy to navigate and understand your web site! Products shipped separately which I didn't understand but arrived in a timely manner; unfortunately, the one I most needed arrived last. I did appreciate the updates regarding the shipping and arrival times!

It was a bit difficult opening a new account and figuring how to enter billing info. I had to go the my cart to complete the purchase
