Not to be funny, but how high can ones IQ really be if you decided to leave a review and completely miss the breakdown lol. Anyways sad to be almost legally $#*!ed.
I enjoyed taking the test. There is a timer with the test. It did show a very accurate result. The free test was only 6 questions and the charged certificate one was 20 questions. Free and the certificate one showed very close results. Their Intellectual Skills Assessment & Analysis Report showed how scores were calculated. I was happy to have paid for it. No harm paying for something that showed more in detail of your IQ results. I took a chance and tried. I am happy and this certificate will go in together with my resume in job applications. My score was 122. :)
After spending 15 minutes taking the test I was extremely p*ssed off when it said "only 14.99 to see results". I mean it DID say free. I came here to see if other people had the same problem and after looking in my inbox and not seeing it, I found it in my spam folder. I don't believe it's accurate because mine was 145 and everyone in here keeps saying they got around the same score. That's extremely high and it is rare to have an iq that high so I don't believe it's accurate. They tell you what you want to hear so you'll buy their "full package" to read more about how "smart" you are.
For those of you who are taking this as seriously as you are and are getting offended by something that you found online, you should probably take a chill pill. As many others have stated, you do receive the results for free in your email. Remember, it's a free test given on a website on the Internet. Take the results with a grain of salt. I got a score of 126, they were true and false questions so the possibility of getting a question right is 50/50. On top of the test being timed, there aren't many other factors going into play to make this a reliable test. So don't get your panties in a bunch and go do something to make you feel better about yourself if this quiz put that big of a dent in your ego.
The site is okay, it emails the results to you. It is a bit misleading though as it makes it look like you have to pay to see them. The results do get sent to your email though as it states. Check your spam if you can't find it.
No idea how accurate the results are though, the test seems pretty basic. It's probably okay for a vague idea but don't take it too seriously.
The site could definitely benefit from a more thorough test and clearer pricing terms.
Many people are saying that it is a scam, which is totally understandable, but the truth is that the website will email you your results and you only have to pay money if you want to get into detailed data. Even so, I'm not sure if the test is exactly accurate because I got a 138 and I seems too good to be true, especially since I see other people also get high scores. Then again, maybe it's just because people with high IQs actually LOOK before making the assumption that the website is a scam. However, I do recommend that the website should inform the viewer that they will email the results because it was definitely confusing for me.
This site gives you your score for free and ask for payment if you need detailed explanation. So I believe this is fair. Its nice to take the test and to stimulate your brain. How representative is the score for your real intelligence is another issue!
You do not need to give any money to see your result, just check the email that you provided. You only need to pay for the detailed version, which is not necessary since you went to the website to see your IQ.
I took the test and I scored more than 145 in all the cathegories except computational speed where I scored 66.
Honestly an average of 147 (without computational speed) is really too much, It's clear that the result is studied to be high so people are satisfied. ( i scored 140 with the 66, and it's super high as well).
Btw 66 in computational speed means that I'm completely $#*!ed with numbers, I'm a master student in mathematics: i'm not so fast with computations but i'm pretty sure im better than the average.
To conclude: it's a random test, dont take it.
Your Computational Speed Score does not mean that you are bad with numbers. It means that you are slow. The Computational Speed Score is a measure of how long it took you to complete the test. That is all.
They are targetting keywords like "Free IQ test Oline". And when a user goes on their site, the never mention anything until a user spends 40 minutes or so in completing the questions. At the end, instead of showing the results, they lead to straight to the checkout area! LoL such as bull$#*!t way to trape users! I wish there was a 0 star!

People are complaining that you have to pay for your results, but you only have to pay for the detailed version of your results. It still sends your iq score to your email. ALSO this website told me my iq score was very superior (131), so i threw in an extra star for the review. Well done. Thx for the ego boost
I took the test and said I was a 130 I dont know if I believe that but made me feel good. If you take the test it will not show your results. Instead check your email and they will send you your score there I didnt pay a dime.
Pretty happy with a 135, other reviews suggest its fairly heavily weighted towards time, so perhaps the ADHD limited me there a bit.
It is funny the number of people complaining about having to pay to see your IQ when they email it to you for free, you just pay for a more in depth breakdown of your score. TBH I think that's probably an easier way to spot low IQ than any test.
When I was 13 I take the test and it gave me a score of 107 and now I'm 14 and retried the test and it gave me 130. I think the first test I take was pretty accurate but the second one feels a bit inaccurate.
Compared to other IQ tests, I had close to the same score. I knew it wouldn't be free and I wanted to see the breakdown. Had I scored on the low end I might feel differently. I've never taken an IQ test quite like this one and I was surprised that the score verified the others I've taken.
MANNN I done did this whole test when I shouldve been doing my assessments and they gone tell me to pay AFTER I did almost 40 dumb $#*! questions. Asking me bout a house like a donut, what? I really did math in my head and with my fingers to not know if im dumb or not. Really tried to be smart for once. Give me my time back tf

If you want an IQ test, go to a real psychologist with years of training and the proper tools to accurately measure your IQ. Online tests are unreliable and invalid. Of course, never pay an online company for anything. Again, see a PROFESSIONAL.
On the test at IQTest.com I thought I was getting scammed; I did the test, and I got a score of 124. A few months later I went to do a Mensa Supervised Test, and I got a 128, which means IQTest.com was off by only 4 points! Well, this test isn't that reliable, but it is still very good and pretty accurate! What I think is that the test is just a fun little test just to get a rough idea of your IQ!
Why would you make a person go through the whole thing and then ask for money? There are so much more reliable IQ tests online. Would never recommend this one.

Answer: If you look at the chart explaining scores in the FAQ at IQTest.com (How well did I do? What does my score mean?) you'll see how the scores are distributed and how your score compares with scores of others. IQ tests are designed so that the average score will be 100. The highest score you can achieve on our test is 156. A score of 99 would be almost exactly average. Our test was designed for native English speakers. If you do not speak English very well, your score will be lower than it would be if you took a test in your native language. If you are under the age of 16, you'll get a more valid score on a test designed for children your age. Age is not factored into the scoring of our test, but it is an important factor in tests for those under 16. Adult IQ scores usually remain constant over a lifetime. Common sense would tell us that if a child scores well on an adult test, then his IQ score would probably be even higher on a test designed for children his age. But we have done the research only on adults, so we can't say for sure that our test produces valid scores for those under 16.
Answer: The team of psychologists who created the test at IQTest.com were given the task of developing a valid, reliable, and fun test that could be taken online. This was a new thing in 1994 when the test first went online. Not just any test can be taken online. Most of the tests found online today do not give valid IQ scores. The most recent versions of the Stanford-Binet and the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale have the same standard deviation as our test, i. E., 15, and will produce scores that can be compared to the scores received on our test. We offer the test as entertainment because we cannot control the test environment, but many people who know their scores from either the Stanford-Binet or the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale tell us that they scored within a few points of their previous scores when they took our test.

Answer: Hi Lynette, Call the number on the back of your credit card and tell them that you were charged without your permission. They can cancel the charge.
Answer: Maria-- I think you have taken a test at a different website, IQTESTNOW.ORG. You are lucky that this site did not accept your credit card. Your description of your experience in the review you wrote leads me to believe that you were almost a victim of their scam, which involves making additional charges of $39 or more to your card after the initial small charge of $1.95. Please review IQtestnow.org instead of IQTest.com.
Answer: Hi Marvie, The charge of $69 is not from IQTest.com. We do not ever employ collection agencies. I think you should check out IQTESTNOW.ORG, as they are well known for their fraudulent charges. If you would like to discuss this further, you can reach me at contact@iqtest.com. A charge from IQTest.com would show on your credit card or PayPal statement as a charge from Autumn Group/IQTest.com.
Answer: The BMI test is not affiliated in any way with IQTest.com. If you have questions about the test at BMI, you should direct your questions to the BMI website.
Answer: The free general IQ is emailed to the address you enter on the registration page following the test. We offer a Complete Personal Intelligence Profile for $14.95, but it is not required to get your score. If you send me an email at support@iqtest.com and let me know that you didn't get your score, I'll send It out to you again.
Answer: There is no charge for the general IQ score. That is available in your account at IQTest.com, and was also emailed to the address you entered on the registration page following the test. We offer a detailed analysis of your score for $14.95, but it is not required to see the free general IQ score.
IQTest.com has a rating of 2 stars from 115 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with IQTest.com most frequently mention and credit card. IQTest.com ranks 4061st among Education sites.
Cayla--
Actually, we don't inflate scores. But we offer the test as entertainment because we cannot control the test environment. People who know their IQs from the Stanford-Binet or the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale often tell us that they scored within a few points of those previous scores when they took our test, but very few of them have scored as high as 145.
