I think you have taken a test at a different website, IQTESTNOW.ORG.
You are lucky that this site did not accept your credit card.
Your description of your experience in the review you wrote leads me to believe that you were almost a victim of their scam, which involves making additional charges of $39 or more to your card after the initial small charge of $1.95.
Please review IQtestnow.org instead of IQTest.com.
