The service over all is poor. But the app is the worst. Freezing, buffering, wont update servers down all the time. This month of September, the app was down more than it was working. All I get now is rebooting your modem and firestick which does not work. Also they provide a video on how to to install but if you have issues they will not help you with it. I got 3 tv accounts and only 2 work and they refuse to fix it or refund my money. I can go on but limit on complaint space. I give it 0 stars.

I've been with IPTV(base out of Canada)for awhile now. I've been experiencing buffering and the tv guide isn't accessible. I'm sorry to hear about others having issues with them.I've was doing 40.00 and now 60.00 notice it was an additional charge of like 2.00 or so. I will be canceling them after my prescription expires.

I Thought I was defrauded by, I paid by crypto (bitcoin) and never heard from them again. Crypto leaves you no recourse if defruaded.

Beware I should have read reviews before subscribing. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH IPTVCHANNELS.COM I have not had 1 hours service from this server after paying not 1 answer to emails. This is a complete scam!

They took $100 from me and did not deliver the subscription.
I have written numerous emails have not received a reply.

I subscribed to their IPTV Re-Seller Dealer service. In less than a month they took transferred all my purchased credit out of my account. If they can do this to a dealer, I would be very nervous to be a customer of this site. Stay away from this site else it is money down the drain.

They have been blasted on Trustpilot.com due to which finally they have been removed from the site.

The individuals behind this site are running a scam, they will not provide you with a service after you pay the fees.
Avoid.

This is a criminal enterprise! When I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and attempted to get them to dispute the charge, their processes include that I attempted to resolve the dispute myself prior. The Credit card company advised me that I call the customer service number and take detailed notes and specifically ask for a refund. The problem is that when the credit card company provided me with a number to the company that they have on file, it lists as:(four-three-eight) three-four-six-five-eight-five-two. Simple search of this area code suggests that it is located in south western province of Quebec in Canada and that area code overlays into the city of Montreal. When calling this phone number, it is a cell phone that immediately goes to voicemail.

I encourage all those that have been taken advantage of to bombard this phone number with text messages and voicemails but eventually at some point, this crook will simply delete/delist the phone number so use and bombard this prick as long as you can.

Go through your credit card company and dispute the charges regardless of how minimal or maximum the charge is. At the end of the day, IPTV services in various countries are operating and it's only for big telecommunication companies that see them as a threat. If enough people go through the credit card companies and the opposing merchant bank for IPTV channels is forced to issue refunds, perhaps credit card companies will opt not to do business with this particular website and this is how you can choke off supply of new suckers and victims like the rest of us (food for thought!)

This appears to be a big criminal enterprise and people can make a difference if they fight back above and beyond utilizing forums such as this.

Absolutely rubbish company who cannot be trusted for the service. Once they have your money they will simply not respond to your issues. Stay away else it is money down the drain.

Attention I have just been ripped cammed off 70€ for a subscription never received, a week of waiting and no response to my emails sent to the support, sales and info addresses, they are thieves and scammers, you are wasting your money. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Took my money real quick, but never provided services I payed for, refusing to reply to any email communication... Useless scamming POS.

Big time scammers, they are quick to send you an invoice, once you pay, they will email you telling you that they will send you an activation URL. They don't. I've sent numerous emails to no avail. They are a scam artist. Please do not purchase from them. Please. I lost one year subscription

I subbed this Nov for. 1yr sub, it was up a couple weeks been down now 2-3wks won't answer emails won't fix service but they loved taking my money. Sub from these con artists at your own risk. SCAMMER SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

When you get service, service is good, but beware because once they hustled you giving good service, and got you for more than a month service (which you end doing due to the huge difference of $$ between monthly and longer term service), they shut off the serice to then totally ignore your emails... Me an my brother got 63 days of service out of one year, losing money and time to wait answer that never come... I must correct, I did received a reply to my emails... 3 months later after posting a review saying 'we could give you back the service, but since you made a bad review forget it...' Just be aware of who you are dealing with! Since that I got a reliable IPTV service without any issue with other HQ provider in Canada.

Took the money and no service or response to many emails. No way to contact them and unless is blocked.

On March 30,2021, I subscribed for 1 month of service with iptvchannels.com.
They never sent the activation information. After numerous emails they refuse to answer.
After reading the reviews below, it is clear that this borders on fraudulent business practice
Experienced by other customers as well as their resellers.
As an IT Technician for 20 years, I can assure you this can be resolved very quickly. Their Covid 19 excuse does not apply.
I was able to subscribe with another Provider (iptvhigh.com) and was provided with activation within 2 hours. (no covid bs excuse)
