Received very fast (I am in Ottawa, ON, Canada), well packaged, nice skin colour PETG, vacuum sealed, but did not use it yet therefore I cannot give printing details.
No one knows everything. But from what they know they like to help.

I started experimenting with the iPrint wood PLA filament. My settings are 0.4mm nozzle, 210C/90C, 60mm/sec top speed, 0.2mm layers. Printed a 20mm test cube. Very smooth print. After a light sanding, no apparent layers visible, surface feels like wood. It takes wood stain like real wood treated with sanding sealer. Very nice results so far. This may become my favorite filament for art projects.
Overall a pleasant experience. Kind of hurts that I purchased items, and then next morning I get a email saying everything is now on sale, and my order ships 2 days after that.
Office staff was very nice and professional. They took time to explain different products to me and the price was better than I could have bought online for! I will be going back!
7 days ago I went into the store in order to get some information about 3D printing and maybe see some sample prints and maybe see a printer at work. When I walked into the store there were printers running, print samples on display and staff answered all my questions and offered lots of additional information and tips. They showed me printing software that they use for themselves and showed me how to get printing quick and easy. Extremely impressed with the patience and willingness to answer all my questions and then some. The next day I came back and purchased an A5 printer and three rolls of different colour PLA. I was surprised how much filament is included in the box with the printer. More than just a sample. Enough to print many objects. They showed me how to assemble and level the printer so when I got home with it I was printing things off thingiverse in less than an hour. The printer has been going all day everyday. I've had no problems or issues. So far I've printed mini crossbow. Bow and arrow, gear boxes, remote control car frame, spatula to remove items of print bed, some medallions etc. I've only had to cancel and restart a print a couple of times and change settings to get the object to print the second time around. The printer is very well designed and intuitive to use. I've only been printing for a week but I already feel like a pro. If I ever have questions or have problems with printing or with the printer itself I know they will go above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this store.
Good quality product and consistent. This is my main brand of filament. Good as always. I will keep buying from here until I start having problems. Quick and reasonable shipping as well.

I originally ordered 4 spools of filament from iPrint-3D. The day after I ordered, I received a phone call saying that one of the spools I ordered was actually out of stock. The phone call was a pleasant surprise, and exactly what I hoped for when I switched from Amazon to a dedicated filament supplier. On the phone we sorted out which color I would receive instead, and I got a free sample of TPE (it was my first time trying TPU and didn't know what the difference would be). And to apologize at yet another level, I was given a gift card for my next purchase, which I will definitely be using.
This was my second large purchase from this store and I have had no complaints. The filament quality is great and my order was shipped within hours of being placed.
Filament arrived a couple days early and has worked very well for the projects I was working on. Customer service was excellent, answering the questions I had promptly and thoroughly.

Happy with the product so far, but the website has this annoying spinning image animation. The searching could also be easier with more allowing stacking filters.
