Never had any issues. They have called before to verify my suite number before filing my mail.

My iPostal mailbox works well. It's very helpful to get the email notice and scanned pic of the mail. If I'm expecting a certain piece of mail this saves time and allows me a trip to pick it up... only after it arrives.

I have a series of iPostal1 mailboxes for a variety of businesses. I really like the service and the reasonable pricing. Two of my addresses are full offices, which is a great resource too.

Simple as that... nothing else to say about it. I don't really get mail here but i have it for my business.

I love working with the staff there. They see me coming and occasionally get my items ready before I get to the counter.

We are all happy with iPostal1 and shall continue work with. Excellent service

I have only received a few pieces of mail so far, but it was easy to tell what was received when looking online. No longer do I need to travel to a box that is empty, or get mail late because I didn't know it was there. Also, I have picked up mail in person twice. This was an easy process once I figured out I needed to request a time. But then it was quick and easy.
