We're happy with iPostal1 so far. We've used the address for various business needs to protect our home address; however, we haven't actually received any mail to our virtual address yet. Setting it up wasn't perfectly seamless, but no real issue (our address is at Staples and we went in person to provide the needed paperwork). The two Staples employees working had never actually set up an iPostal1 address before, so they needed to call the off-duty employee who usually handles it. It only took about 15 minutes and we had fun looking around the store. I love office supplies, but my spouse/business partner thinks I'm weird, haha. Definitely would recommend iPostal1 to anyone looking for a very inexpensive virtual address service.
Great set up boosted my potential in getting my commercial loan and has been a great way to have my start up business have all the right look and still being able to run it out of my home my plan c with fax number and that's also great addition

I like how you can see who sent mail to you, choose to keep it or shred it and they have a few price options to choose from and much more that has intrigued me. Pretty useful postal app.
Full-time RV-er: stationary for 6-mo and travel for 6-mo. Fast and clear notification of new mail in the iPostal1 mailbox. Friendly service with occasional in-person pick-up. Only problem is with the USPS understanding our ipostal1 address (I've had to go to the USPS twice to clarify & correct and they still cannot seem to nclude our iPostal1 PMB on the forwarding address label).

Came handy when I moved, It didnt look very reliable from website name but reviews convinced me to give it a shot, now I am happy with it.
When I first came there the owner of that place was nice and friendly. He showed the ropes what to expect how this works. He helped me to understand the guidelines and the regulations from Postal Annex. This establishment is cool, collected, friendly, kind and above all good customer service. Keep up the good work.

The reason that some stores require more notice for pickups is because it does take time and labor to process the task.
When you schedule a pickup it enables the mail center to prepare your pickup in advance, so service is faster, more efficient and correctly executed. If for some reason you can’t schedule a pickup in advance, you can just drop in and the mail center will process the pickup task for you.
